    摘要: An insulated synthetic resin container 1 is provided by forming a container having a double walled structure by integrating a synthetic resin inner container 4 and a synthetic resin outer container 3 separated by a space 5 and forming an insulating layer 6 by enclosing a gas having low thermal conductivity in space 5 of the above-mentioned container. This insulated synthetic resin container 1 comprises a gas replacement penetrating hole formed in the center of one of the synthetic resin inner container 4 and synthetic resin outer container 3; and a contact preventing projection 14 formed in the vicinity of this gas replacement penetrating hole 7 projecting into the insulating layer 6 from the surface in which this penetrating hole 7 is formed or from the opposite surface. Due to this structure, when enclosing the above-mentioned gas in the space 5, vacuum evacuation to exchange the gas inside of space 5 is conducted, and the inner container 4 and outer container 3 are deformed without contact, thereby, efficient vacuum evacuation is possible, and excellent insulating ability is obtained.

    摘要: A lens frame supporting mechanism includes a spherical surface that is a specified region of the outer surface of a lens frame for holding an optical system and that acts as a driven and supported member. The spherical surface is supported by spherical rotators serving as supporting driving members. The lens frame is driven to rotate by means of the spherical rotators that are in contact with the lens frame, thus shifting the orientation of the optical axis of the optical system. The lens frame is rotated while being restrained from rotating about the optical axis by means of a guide ditch and a guide pin formed in the spherical surface of the lens frame. This lens frame supporting mechanism has materialized a simple supporting mechanism and a compact lens frame, and realizes a reduced load to a rotation actuator.

    摘要: The invention relates to a construction for attaching a radiant heat blocking metal foil to an insulating layer of an insulated container. Heretofore, a construction for attaching a radiant heat blocking metal foil involves positioning, an adhesive or adhesive tape on the rear face of the metal foil to thereby attach the foil at a predetermined position. However this has the problem that the foil can be attached at an unintended position, so that accurate positioning is not achieved, and the fixing takes time. The invention addresses such problems, with a construction enabling accurate fixing of the metal foil at a predetermined position, by forming at least one hole in a radiant heat blocking metal foil provided along the container wall face of a container formed with an insulating layer on the wall portion of the insulated container, and mounting the metal foil along a predetermined container wall face in a state wherein an adhesive or adhesive tape has not been applied, and after freely adjusting the arrangement position to a predetermined condition, affixing and securing the container wall face which can be seen via the hole to the metal foil at the peripheral portion of the hole, using adhesive tape.

    摘要: A thermally insulated container of the present invention is a double-walled container in an integral body in which an inner casing is arranged in an outer casing so as to maintain a space therebetween, wherein the space is charged with a gas having a low thermal conductivity, and an opening having a diameter of 0.1 to 3 mm for charging gas in a wall of either of the inner casing and the outer casing is sealed. In a production process of the present invention, a double-walled container is obtained by arranging an inner casing in an outer casing so as to maintain a space therebetween, and by joining them into an integral body, a wall of either of the inner casing and the outer casing being provided with an opening for charging gas; then, the double-walled container is placed in a thermostatic chamber, a charging-evacuating tube which is switchably disposed to a vacuum evacuation apparatus and to a source of a gas having a low thermal conductivity is connected to the opening for charging gas, the space between the walls of the inner and outer casings is subjected to vacuum evacuation at a predetermined temperature, and thereafter a gas having a low thermal conductivity is introduced; and then, the opening for charging gas is sealed.
