    摘要: The organic electronic device prevents short-circuiting between electrodes and improves lifetime without deteriorating transmittance, driving voltage stability and storage stability thereof. The organic electronic device has a substrate and provided thereon, a first electrode and a second electrode opposed to each other and at least one organic functional layer located between the first and second electrodes. At least one of the first and second electrodes has an electrically conductive polymer-containing layer containing a hydrophilic polymer binder and an electrically conductive polymer having a π conjugated electrically conductive polymer component and a polyanion component. At least a part of the electrically conductive polymer-containing layer is subjected to crosslinking, and the electrically conductive polymer-containing layer has been subjected to wet washing treatment.
