    摘要: At the time of drawing the blood continuously from the vein of the patient by means of a catheter and measuring the concentration of a specified constituent part contained in the blood automatically and continuously for long hours, the sample liquid and two sorts of correcting liquids (standard liquid I and base liquid) are sucked by a single sampling nozzle in prescribed order and are supplied to the measuring section through a common channel. Each of the liquids are diluted with a buffer solution at the identical rate with the manifold in the measuring section, are separated from one another through the interposition of air layers among them, and supplied to a sensor. The outputs of the measured sample liquid from the sensor are corrected by the outputs of each of the neighboring measured correcting liquids in succession and are displayed as measured values. In the blood-drawing section, there is used a double-current catheter having the first and second catheter arrangements which are constructed so as to be incorporated directly into the tube pump.

The pump mechanism is capable of adjusting the vacuum. The pump mechanism includes for example: a moving portion capable of reciprocating in a first direction and a second direction away from the first direction. Preferably, the adjustment of the vacuum is made by changing the number of reciprocations of the moving part in the first and the second directions.

    摘要: A body fluid measuring apparatus includes a main body (20) and a body fluid sampler (30) attached to the main body (20). The body fluid sampler (30) includes a fixed member (35) fixed to the main body (20) and a movable member guided by the fixed member (35). The fixed member (35) is provided with a body fluid-sucking chamber (39) open at the tip of the fixed member (35) and a through-hole communicating therewith. The movable member (31) includes a lancet (32) acting as a first electrode and is reciprocatively movable for bringing the tip of the lancet (32) into and out of the tip of the fixed member (35). The body fluid-sucking chamber (39) is provided with a second electrode (36) and a reactive layer containing a reactive reagent necessary for measurement. The main body (20) includes an electronic circuit (24) for determining a measured value on the basis of an electrical signal from the lancet (32) as the first electrode and a second electrode. The main body also includes a drive mechanism (43) which drives the movable member for causing the tip of the lancet to project from the tip of the fixed member.

    摘要: An analyzng device comprises a plate holding table, a shifting mechanism for shifting the plate holding table, bar code reading sensors, and a detecting unit for detecting the signals based on the drops of the solutions in the plate set on the plate holding table located in the plate measurement position. When the data of the bar code read by the bar code reading sensor is not fit for a predetermined measurement condition, the plate holding table is shifted to the plate exhausting position. On the other hand, when the data of the bar code is fit for the predetermined measurement condition, the plate holding table is shifted to the solution pipetting position and when the pipetting of the solutions is finished, the plate holding table is further shifted to the mesurement position. When the concentration of substance in the test solution is completed by the detecting unit, the plate holding table is shifted to the plate exhausting position.
