摘要:
A steam turbine rotor shaft comprising the main body of the rotor shaft made of a high Cr steel of martensite structure, and a journal having a plurality of built-up welding layers formed successively said main body, the outer surface portion of the journal being made of steel containing 0.5 to 3 wt % of Cr, and a method of producing same.
摘要:
A heat resisting steel suitable for use as the materials of steam turbine casings of steam turbines for thermal power generation. The steel has a composition consisting essentially of 0.05 to 0.2 wt % of C, 0.5 to 2.0 wt % of Cr, 0.5 to 2.0 wt % of Mo, 0.05 to 0.5 wt % of V, 0.002 to 0.1 wt % of Al, 0.0002 to 0.0030 wt % of B and the balance substantially Fe and inevitable impurities, wherein the sum of X and Al as obtained from the following formulae is not greater than 2920:X=10P+5Sb+4Sn+AsAl=xAl(x being a coefficient obtained from FIG. 4)where, P,Sb,Sn and As represent the contents of P,Sb,Sn and As contained as said inevitable impurities in terms of ppm, while Al represents the Al content in terms of ppm. This heat resisting steel exhibits a large resistance to cracking in stress relief annealing after welding, as well as a high creep rupture strength at high temperature, and shows only a low crack developing speed.

Titanium dioxide-calcium carbonate composite particles capable of realizing characteristic properties inherent in titanium dioxide such as a high opacity, a process for producing the same, and a complex composition or complex incorporated with the same are provided. The composite particles were prepared by adding titanium dioxide particles having an average particle diameter of 0.1 to 0.5 μm in a carbonation step, typically a step of introducing a gaseous mixture of carbon dioxide and air into a calcium hydroxide slurry with stirring, to conduct a carbonation, and continuing the reaction till pH of the slurry becomes 7 by continuous introduction of the gaseous mixture. Moreover, by incorporating the formed composite particles, complexes such as coatings and paints for paper making or composite materials such as paper, plastic molded materials, and rubber molded materials are produced.

In an optical frame attachment according to the present invention, a flexible tangle preventing member 4 is attached so as to couple a predetermined portion 2b anterior to a part 2a of a temple, where an ear contacting portion 3a is attached, and a front end 3c of the ear contacting portion 3a; and is attached so as to couple the temple 2 and the front end 3c of the ear contacting portion 3a even when the temple 2 is lifted upward upon taking off glasses. Since a space between the temple 2 and the front end 3c of the ear contacting portion 3a is blocked by the tangle preventing member 4, even when the temple 2 is lifted upward upon taking off the glasses, the hair is less likely to enter an oscillating portion 3b serving as an attaching portion of the temple 2 and an ear pad member 3, and tangling thereto is suppressed. Further, since the tangle preventing member 4 has flexibility, the function of suppressing the slipping down of the glasses are not inhibited.

Formation of an WNx film 24 constituting a barrier layer of a gate electrode 7A having a polymetal structure is effected in an atmosphere containing a high concentration nitrogen gas, whereby release of N (nitrogen) from the WNx film 24 is suppressed in the heat treatment step after the formation of the gate electrode 7A.

An optometric apparatus and an optometric method includes the steps of acquiring subject's attributes and an orientation selected by the subject on an astigmatic axis determination chart displayed on the computer screen, displaying vision measurement charts in the acquired orientation and the orientation perpendicular thereto to acquire visual recognition limits selected by the subject, calculating far point distances based on the acquired visual recognition limits and the acquired subject's attributes, and calculating a refractive power based on the acquired orientation and the calculated two far point distances. The far point distance is calculated using a neural network that has been determined by a number of subjects in advance. The astigmatic axis determination chart has four groups of a plurality of parallel lines, each group having lines arranged in their respective orientation, and the vision measurement chart has a plurality of light and dark line images of different sizes, thereby reducing the risk of presenting an erroneous refractive power.
