摘要: A book readout system and method for reading out information described in a book at a high speed, while the book, in a bound form, is flipped through. A page state measuring unit (2) measures a page state of a book being flipped through. A book image acquisition unit (1) comprises a plurality of first cameras (11) which respectively acquire book images with respect to a page of the book, from mutually different directions, for a plurality of number of times. A data processing unit (3) corrects the book image acquired by the book image acquisition unit (1) using the information of the page state of the book measured by the page state measuring unit (2).

摘要: An image detection processor of the present invention enhances the processing speed of the calculation of the center of gravity or the like of a target with a simple constitution. The image detection processor arranges a plurality of image detection processing elements 1-1 to 1-64 on a plane. Each image detection processing element includes an adder circuit 15 which converts an output of a photoelectric conversion part 5 into digital signals and can receive the digital signals as an input in a matrix form. Cumulative adders are constituted by connecting the adder circuits 15 for respective rows. Series adders 2-1 to 2-8 which are connected in series respectively receive outputs of final stages of cumulative adders of respective rows as inputs and can cumulatively add these outputs. The digital signals are selectively inputted to the cumulative adders using a row decoder 3 and a column decoder 4 and processed data of an image detected by photoelectric conversion parts 5 of a plurality of image detection processing elements are outputted from the series adder 2-8. Due to such a constitution, the processed data necessary for an image processing such as the calculation of the center of gravity can be produced at the time of transferring data thus realizing rapid processing.

摘要: A semiconductor integrated circuit device has a hierarchical power supply system for a logic circuit. Inverters are provided with power supply from a main power supply line and a sub-power supply line of a higher potential and a main ground line and a sub-ground line of a lower potential. An internal power supply voltage-down converter is placed to set the voltage of the main power supply line higher than a normal operation voltage of the higher potential. An internal supply voltage boosting circuit is placed to set the voltage of the main ground line lower than a normal operation voltage of the lower potential. When respective power supply lines are short-circuited by a switching transistor, the voltage of each power supply line can be maintained at an operation supply voltage.

摘要: A tunneling magneto-resistance element forming an MTJ memory cell is connected between a bit line and a strap. In each memory cell column, the strap is shared by the plurality of tunneling magneto-resistance elements in the same row block. The access transistor is connected between strap and ground voltage, and is turned on/off in response to a corresponding word line. Storage data is read from the selected memory cell based on a comparison between results of data reading effected on a memory cell group coupled to the same strap before and after application of a predetermined magnetic field to the selected memory cell.
