An electric connection-inspection device for coming into electrically contact with an object to be inspected to input and output a signal, comprising a plurality of contact terminals, a coating of a second layer having the Young's modulus higher than that of a wiring base-material layer and whose specific resistance is not more than 1×10−4 &OHgr;cm being formed on the surface of the wiring base-material layer positioned at the extreme end of the contact terminal, and a coating of a third layer having a low coagulating property being formed on the surface of the second layer.

    摘要: A charged beam pattern defect inspection apparatus for inspecting pattern defects on materials such as masks or wafers comprising: a collecting charged beam irradiation apparatus including scanning deflection device for accelerating and focusing the scanning beam, and a detector for detecting phenomenon produced by incident particles such as reflected electrons, secondary electrons, cathodeluminescent light, X rays, or absorption currents; a scanning and synchronous signal generator for generating a scanning signal to be control the scanning deflection means and a synchronous signal to fed into an A/D converter; a two-dimensional video memory including an A/D converter and an address signal generator; a video signal operator for operating the video signal stored in the two-dimensional video memory; a stage driving apparatus for driving a stage for holding the material to be inspected, which includes a position detector for detecting the position of the stage; an auxiliary memory device for storing inspection data; and a control operation apparatus for controlling the scanning and synchronous signal generator, the two dimensional video memory, the video signal operator, the stage driving apparatus, and the auxiliary memory device, and for outputting the output of the video signal operator as the result of pattern defect inspection.

    摘要: A network monitoring program automatically sorts fault producing locations on a network. A memory unit stores a fault location determining table containing events indicative of failures of communications via the network, the events being associated with classified elements which can be causes of faults on the network. A communication situation monitoring unit monitors communication situations with respect to other apparatus on the network. A failure detecting unit detects an event indicative of a failure from a communication situation detected by the communication situation monitoring unit. A fault location determining unit determines an element which is responsible for the event detected by the failure detecting unit by referring to the fault location determining table. A fault information output unit outputs fault information representative of a determined result from the fault location determining unit.
