    摘要: A ball bearing inspection apparatus 1 comprising: a rotation shaft3 fitted to one (for example, inner race 7) of inner and outer races 7 and 9 for rotating one race while limiting the movement of one race in an axial direction of the rotation shaft 3; a press plate 13 disposed on an opposite side of the rotation shaft 3 with respect to a ball bearing 5 for pressing the other race (for example, outer race 9) in the axial direction of the rotation shaft 3 while limiting the rotation of the other race; and a press-back plate 33 provided so as to be movable in the axial direction of the rotation shaft 3 for pressing back the other race in a direction reverse to the pressing direction of the press plate 13. Hence, the ball bearing inspection apparatus can inspect a large area of ball surfaces in a short time at one installing try.

    摘要: While maintaining a shaft in a fixed state, an outer ring is rotated. Vibrations of the shaft are detected by a first vibration pickup and a second vibration pickup. Detection signals of both the vibration pickups are delivered to a frequency converter via amplifier, respectively. The frequency converter determines, by Fourier transformation, the rotation frequency of the outer ring, the revolution frequency of balls and the resonance frequency of the double-row ball bearing. The first computing device then calculates the contact angle and bearing rigidity, and the second computing device calculates the preload.

    摘要: A preload measuring apparatus to measure the preload of a rolling bearing that includes a bearing support, a pressurization device, an excitation device, a vibration sensor, and a control section. The bearing support supports a rolling bearing by supporting both ends of a shaft inserted into an inner ring of the rolling bearing. The pressurization device loads a predetermined weight in the axial direction onto the rolling bearing. The excitation device applies vibration onto the rolling bearing by the drive of the piezoelectric elements. The vibration sensor detects the vibration generated on the rolling bearing by the vibration application of the excitation device. The control section operates the excitation device in the situation that the pressurization device presses the rolling bearing, and obtains the resonance frequency by the output signal from the vibration sensor and calculates the preload of the rolling bearing according to the obtained resonance frequency before the predetermined weight as loaded.

The controller is configured to control the conveying unit to convey the sheet, store position data in the nonvolatile memory during conveyance of the sheet, determine whether or not the sheet conveying device is started, and drive the conveying unit for an amount determined by the position data if the sheet conveying device is started. The conveying path is divided into a plurality of segments. The position data identifies a segment in which the sheet stays. The more downstream the segment identified by the position data is in the conveying path, the smaller the amount determined by the position data is.
