    摘要: The present invention provides a crash stop which is capable of adjusting shock absorptivity by employing the same elastic material and where the mounting and demounting operations are easy. A metal pin has a recess in its intermediate portion. An elastic body has three blade portions. In a crash stop, the metal pin is press fitted into the pin inserting hole of the elastic body, and the portion between the support portion and the knob portion of the metal pin is covered with the elastic body. In the boundary between the intermediate portion of the metal pin and the elastic body, a cavity is formed. The support portion is fitted into the crash stop support hole of the base so that it can be freely pulled out and inserted. At this time, the upper end of the blade portion contacts the inner side surface of the crash stop inserting hole of the upper yoke and is contracted, and by the frictional force generated between the crash stop inserting hole and the upper end of the blade portion, the crash stop is locked. The abutting shock of the stopper arm of an actuator is absorbed with cooperation of the elastic body and the cavity.

    摘要: A pattern matching multiplies distances between an input pattern and standard patterns by distance-scale correcting weight coefficients respectively prepared for the standard patterns. This yields a distance corresponding to a category shape of a standard pattern and enhance an input pattern recognition ratio. A pattern recognition apparatus stores distance-scale correcting weight coefficients respectively prepared for all standard patterns in storage means. Distances between stored standard patterns and an input pattern generated by input pattern generating means are calculated. The calculated distance is multiplied by a weight coefficient stored in the storage means in accordance with the standard pattern used for calculating the distance from the input pattern. This structure reduces the number of templates when providing the standard patterns as multiple templates and, at the same time, enhances the input pattern recognition ratio.

When the system controller determines that the difference between the average value of the power spectrum of the signal being outputted from the microphone at present and the average value of the power spectrum of the noise signal stored in the noise memory at present is higher than a predetermined reference value, it outputs a controlling signal to a sound storing and reading out section to store the signal being outputted from the microphone at present into the noise memory. Consequently, the signal being outputted from the microphone at present is stored into the noise memory in place of the noise signal stored in the noise signal at present.

Using the code converter, a code is obtained in a vector quantizer by vector-quantizing cepstrum coefficients extracted from the voice with noise added thereto, and is converted into a code of a voice obtained by suppressing the noise in the voice with noise added thereto. Linear predictive coefficients are obtained from the code, and the voice signal is reproduced in a synthesis filter according to the linear predictive coefficients.
