    摘要: In a numerical control machining system, a leftover area on a work produced by cutting the work with a larger diameter ball end mill is cut with a small diameter ball end mill. When the cutting trajectories of the small diameter ball end mill are determined, the leftover portions are identified in the directions of the cutting trajectories for the larger diameter ball end mill which are set at regular pitches and reference cutting trajectories for the small diameter ball end mill which are the cutting trajectories when cutting the leftover portions with the small diameter ball end mill in the direction of the cutting trajectories for the larger diameter ball end mill are obtained. The reference cutting trajectories are divided at the same number of points at regular intervals in the direction of the reference cutting trajectory, and the lines obtained by plotting the corresponding dividing points on the respective reference cutting trajectories by straight lines are determined as the cutting trajectories for the small diameter ball end mill.

    摘要: In a motor case 1, recesses 8 are formed in inner surfaces of upper and bottom surface portions 2 and 3 (which are spaced from each other by a distance smaller than the distance between left and right side surface portions 4 and 5), thus reducing the thickness of these surface portions 2 and 3, thereby increasing a space for receiving a stator coil 10 as much as possible. Unlike a construction in which a stator coil is exposed through openings formed in a motor case, the stator coil is covered with the motor case, and therefore the motor is excellent in shielding performance and impact resistance. The motor case 1 has a square tubular shape, and can be formed by blanking, press-forging (for the purpose of forming the recesses) and bending a metal sheet, and the motor case can be produced at a low cost.

    摘要: Titanium dioxide and an electro-conductive titanium oxide which each includes particles having a large major-axis length in a large proportion and comprises columnar particles having a satisfactory particle size distribution. A titanium compound, an alkali metal compound, and an oxyphosphorus compound are heated/fired in the presence of titanium dioxide nucleus crystals having an aspect ratio of 2 or higher to grow the titanium dioxide nucleus crystals. Subsequently, a titanium compound, an alkali metal compound, and an oxyphosphorus compound are further added and heated/fired in the presence of the grown titanium dioxide nucleus crystals. Thus, titanium dioxide is produced which comprises columnar particles having a weight-average major-axis length of 7.0-15.0 μm and in which particles having a major-axis length of 10 μm or longer account for 15 wt. % or more of all the particles. A solution of a tin compound and a solution of compounds of antimony, phosphorus, etc. are added to a suspension obtained by suspending the titanium dioxide. The particles are sedimented. Subsequently, the product obtained is heated/fired to produce an electro-conductive titanium oxide which comprises the titanium dioxide and an electro-conductive coating formed on the surface thereof.
