    摘要: A dry analytical element for quantitatively analyzing creatine kinase MB isozyme is composed of a support and a creatine kinase MB isozyme-detecting agent layer. The detecting layer contains an antibody which specifically inhibits activity of M sub-unit of creatine kinase, creatine phosphate and adenosine diphosphate which react with each other to give adenosine triphosphate in the presence of creatine kinase MB isozyme, a buffer compound which keeps the layer in the range of pH 5.5 to pH 8.5 for the formation of adenosine triphosphate, and an indicator composition which reacts with the formed adenosine triphosphate to give a spectroscopically detectable compound, said indicator composition having hexokinase, nicotinamide-adenine dinucleotide or its phosphate in an oxidized form, and glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase but not containing glucose in such amount as to give the spectroscopically detectable compound.

    摘要: A humoral testing apparatus in which a measuring light is irradiated to a reagent area forming a color as a result of a reaction and an optical density of the reagent area is detected by a detecting operation of light intensity of the reflected light. The humoral testing apparatus enables a humoral test to be performed accurately in cases where nonuniformity occurs with the reaction of a reagent with a humoral sample within the reagent area, or in cases where fine dust is present within each detecting spot in the reagent areas. The light reflected from the reagent areas is detected with a two-dimensional photodetector. The independent light intensity detecting operations are performed with respect to the subareas of the reagent area of a reagent layer. A photo detection signal S, which represents the intensity of the reflected light is statistically processed with a signal processing section 51.

    摘要: The concentration of an analyte in a sample liquid is determined on the basis of the optical density of a chemical analysis element spotted with the sample liquid according to a standard curve representing the relation between the concentration and the optical density of the analysis element which is obtained when the concentration is measured using an analysis element of a first lot. A plurality of first standard liquids containing the analyte in known levels are spotted onto analysis elements of a second lot, the concentrations of the analyte in the first standard liquids are determined according to the standard curve and a first calibration curve for correcting the concentrations of the analyte is prepared. A plurality of second standard liquids containing the analyte in known levels are spotted onto analysis elements of the second lot, the concentrations of the analyte in the second standard liquids are determined according to the standard curve on the particular analysis system, the concentrations of the analyte in the second standard liquids thus determined are corrected according to the first calibration curve, and a second calibration curve for correcting the concentrations of the specific analyte in the second standard liquids thus corrected is prepared.
