The two nozzles are disposed at different positions at least in the axial direction of the steel pipe at angles which are sloped such that the sprayed streams from the nozzles approach each other. The resin supply system has a regulator for maintaining the spraying air pressure of the resin coating composition in each nozzle of the spraying unit at a predetermined respective value.

The object of the present invention is to provide a composition which is capable of going into erythrocyte or into cells, trapping not only oxygen radicals but also hydroxyl radicals, and preventing or improving various symptoms including hypertension, excessive sensitivity to cold, diabetes, Parkinson's disease, menstrual disorder, brain infarct, atopic dermatitis, hay fever, articular rheumatism, autonomic ataxia, and the like by oral intake. If the printer name is the virtual printer name, the queue allocating unit adds to the job virtual printer setting information related to the printer name beforehand and appends the job to the tail of a queue corresponding the virtual printer within a spool queue unit. If the printer name is the physical printer name, the queue allocating unit transmits print job data directly to the designated printer. Thus, the user can make certain of operating the specific physical printer without the aid of any queue by designating the physical printer name, so that processability in real time is improved.

A tube filled with a powdery and/or granular substance is continuously manufactured by forming a metal strip being fed in its longitudinal direction into an unwelded tube (1a) using forming rolls (2), feeding a powdery and/or granular substance (F) into the unwelded tube (1a) being formed through its opening, butt-welding together fringing edges of the opening, and reducing the diameter of the welded tube (1b). An allowable minimum heat input below which cold cracking occurs and a maximum allowable heat input above which spatters whose diameter is not smaller than 0.83 times the inside diameter of the finished tube are generated are determined in advance, and the butt welding is performed with a heat input larger than the allowable minimum heat input and smaller than the allowable maximum heat input. This eliminates the risk of breaking in reducing the diameter of the welded tube (1b) filled with the powdery and/or granular substance (F).
