摘要: An image processing apparatus includes a storage unit which stores data of X-ray projection images generated through a angiographic imaging sequence, a generation unit which, based on the data, generates a reference time density curve concerning a reference region which is set as a blood supply region, and time density curves concerning perfusion regions which are set as a blood supplied region, a measurement unit which measures delay times for which a contrast medium reaches the perfusion regions from the reference region, from relationships between the reference time density curve and the time density curves, a calculation unit which calculates, respectively for the perfusion regions, first indices expressing correlations of the time density curves to the reference time density curve within a period determined on the basis of the delay times, and a first image generation unit which generates a first image expressing spatial distribution of the first indices.

摘要: An X-ray image generating unit alternately generates X-ray images each obtained by radiating X-rays having a higher level of energy and X-ray images each obtained by radiating X-rays having a lower level of energy. Further, every time an X-ray image has been generated by the X-ray image generating unit, a dual energy subtraction image generating unit generates a dual energy subtraction image by using the X-ray image that has just been generated and the X-ray image generated immediately preceding the X-ray image.

摘要: According to one embodiment, an image processing apparatus includes a storage unit, a specifying unit, an extraction unit and a setting processing unit. The storage unit stores first X-ray image data in which a blood vessel of an object is not visually enhanced, and second X-ray image data in which the blood vessel is visually enhanced. The specifying unit specifies a catheter image included in the first fluoroscopic image by performing image processing of the first X-ray image data. The extraction unit extracts a blood vessel region included in the second fluoroscopic image by performing image processing of the second X-ray image data. The setting processing unit sets a region of interest based on the position of end point of the catheter.

摘要: A medical image display apparatus according to an embodiment includes a display unit, a generating unit, and a display controlling unit. The display unit three-dimensionally displays a group of disparity images generated from three-dimensional medical image data. The generating unit determines a display position of the group of disparity images to be three-dimensionally displayed on the display unit in terms of a depth direction with respect to a display surface of the display unit and generates the group of disparity images from the three-dimensional medical image data so as to realize the determined display position. The display controlling unit three-dimensionally displays the group of disparity images and two-dimensionally displays a medical image different from the group of disparity images, on the display unit.

The plurality of cross-sectional images and projected image are displayed on a monitor. When a specific point on the plurality of cross-sectional images displayed on the monitor is clicked at an operation unit, a line is displayed on the projected image displayed on the monitor according to the click.

摘要: In an X-ray diagnostic apparatus, a volume 3D image in which a desired blood vessel center line has been extracted is stored in a CT 3D image storage unit, and an X-ray two-dimensional image updated in real time is stored in an X-ray 2D image storage unit. The three-dimensional image is aligned with the X-ray two-dimensional image in an alignment unit. Further, a distal end position of a device and a position thereof after a predetermined time are searched for in a search unit, and the distal end position of the device in the three-dimensional image is calculated in a computing unit. Then, a cross-sectional image of the three-dimensional image is displayed on a monitor.

摘要: A marker-coordinate detecting unit detects coordinates of a stent marker on a new image when the new image is stored in an image-data storage unit; and then a correction-image creating unit creates a correction image from the new image through, for example, image transformation processing, so as to match up the detected coordinates with reference coordinates that are coordinates of the stent marker already detected by the marker-coordinate detecting unit in a first frame. An image post-processing unit then creates an image for display by performing post-processing on the correction image created by the correction-image creating unit, the post-processing including high-frequency noise reduction filtering-processing, low-frequency component removal filtering-processing, and logarithmic-image creating processing; and then a system control unit performs control of displaying a moving image of an enlarged image of a set region that is set in the image for display, together with an original image.

摘要: Projection data are obtained by using a method for imaging by rotating the first imaging system having an X-ray generating unit 1a and the second imaging system having an X-ray generating unit 1b. The obtained projection data are subjected to a reconstruction process to generate X-ray image data. In this case, a relative angle η0 formed between the imaging systems is setup according to a palmic period T0 of a subject and a rotation velocity Vr of the imaging systems. Thus, the projection data from more directions at a predetermined palmic time-phase are collected without overlapping.
