摘要： A master information carrier (2) with an arranged pattern formed of a ferromagnetic film in a shape corresponding to information signals is superposed on a magnetic recording medium (1) and the arranged pattern formed of a ferromagnetic film is magnetized with a magnetizing head (6), thus transfer-recording the arranged pattern into the magnetic recording medium as a magnetized pattern. The magnetizing head includes an annular magnetic circuit with a gap, and a strength of a magnetic field applied to the master information carrier by magnetic flux leaking from portions other than the gap is set to be 20% or less of that of a magnetic field applied to the master information carrier by magnetic flux leaking from the gap. Quality deterioration due to various conditions during recording can be prevented and uniform recording with less variation depending on position on the magnetic recording medium is achieved.

摘要： A hydrogen generator includes: a tubular reformer configured to generate a hydrogen-containing gas by a reforming reaction using a material gas; a CO reducer configured to reduce carbon monoxide contained in the hydrogen-containing gas generated in the reformer; a tubular hydro-desulfurizer provided at an outer periphery of the reformer and configured to remove a sulfur compound contained in the material gas; and a material gas supply passage through which the material gas to be supplied to the hydro-desulfurizer flows. The material gas supply passage is configured to perform heat exchange with the CO reducer, and a material gas inlet port of the hydro-desulfurizer is provided at an end surface closer to the CO reducer.

摘要： In order to prevent lubricating oil leakage due to bubbles in a thrust dynamic pressure bearing having herringbone grooves, and to stabilize the bearing performance, and enhance the reliability and durability, auxiliary grooves deeper than pump-in type herringbone grooves for generating dynamic pressure are provided. The bearing inner periphery and bearing outer periphery are linked by a pressure gradient descending slowly, and therefore bubbles present in the bearing inner periphery can be guided to the bearing outer periphery through the auxiliary grooves, and discharged outside of the bearing from the air-liquid interface, so that lubricating oil leakage due to bubbles can be prevented.
