    摘要: A lith-type silver halide photographic light-sensitive material for forming halftone dot images is disclosed which contains a sensitizing dye represented by the following general formula: ##STR1## WHEREIN Z.sub.1 is an atomic group necessary for forming a naphthothiazole ring, Z.sub.2 is an atomic group necessary for forming a member selected from a group consisting of substituted or unsubstituted, benzothiazole, benzoselenazole, naphthothiazole and naphthoselenazole nucleus, R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 are respectively a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group, X.sup..theta. is an anion, and n is a positive integer of 1 or 2 with the proviso that when the dye is an inner salt, n is 1.

    摘要: A surface inspection apparatus is equipped with a transfer machine which includes a first storage unit for storing a plurality of wafers therein, a first transfer portion for receiving the wafers from the first storage unit one by one and transferring them along a horizontal plane, a first receiver moving vertically between a lower position and an upper position for receiving the wafers from the first transfer portion when the first receiver moves from its lower position to its upper position and moving them up and down, a chuck moving to a predetermined position under the wafers received by the first receiver when the first receiver is at or near its upper position and receiving the inspected elements from the first receiver when the first receiver moves from its upper position to its lower position, the chuck holding the wafers in their fixed condition and moving them in a given direction along a horizontal plane while they are inspected, a second receiver moving vertically between a lower position and an upper position for receiving the wafers from the chuck when the second receiver moves from its lower position to its upper position, a second transfer portion for receiving the wafers from the second receiver when the second receiver moves from its upper position to its lower position and transferring them along a horizontal plane, and a second storage unit for receiving the wafers from the second transfer portion and storing them therein.

    摘要: Using a new molded foaming apparatus wherein chambers 13 and 14, independent from a cavity 4, are formed at the rear sides of a set of dies 2 and 3 for molding a molded foam product, so as to supply such utility fluid as air and steam to the cavity 4 through first openings 30 independently from the chambers 13 and 14, various problems created when forming vent holes are fundamentally solved, and at the same time dispersion of filling density to be caused by not forming vent holes is prevented by supplying the material beads to the cavity 4 while maintaining the pressure in the cavity 4 at a predetermined minus pressure with respect to the pressure in the material tank using the first openings 30.

    摘要: The present invention is constituted such that chambers 13 and 14, independent from cavity 4, are formed at the rear side of a set of dies 2 and 3 for molding a molded foam product, first openings 30a and 30b opening to the cavity 4 are formed along the joint of the dies 2 and 3 as a molding section of the dies 2 and 3, which is to mold a non-outstanding portion of the molded foam product, wherein the first openings 30a and 30b are connected to the external utility pipes 15-18 as different systems for the chambers 13 and 14, via inter-die passages 31a and 31b and internal pipes 32a and 32b, which are connecting passages, so as to supply or exhaust such utility fluid as steam and compressed air to/from the cavity 4 independently from the chambers 13 and 14. Vent holes, which are indispensable for dies of conventional molded foam products, are omitted so that the manufacturing cost of the dies is decreased, maintenance for the dies is simplified, control accuracy of utility fluid is improved, characteristics of the molded foam products are improved, and quality of the molded foam products is also improved.
