    摘要: Systems and methods for triggering measurements before the completion of connection resumption are provided. In some embodiments, a method performed by a wireless device for performing measurements where a current Radio Resource Control (RRC) status is: IDLE or INACTIVE. The method includes monitoring for a potential reception of a downlink message in a cell that the wireless device is camping on; detecting, based upon the reception of the downlink message, information regarding performing measurements; performing measurements based on the information regarding performing the measurements; and reporting the measurement results. In some embodiments, the message is a paging message or a message multiplexed with the paging message. In this way, latency might be reduced to start performing measurements. This early availability of measurements at the target cell might increase the speed at which the wireless device acquires wireless connections such as Carrier Aggregation (CA) or Dual Connectivity (DC) connections.

Admission control is performed for the UEs and IAB nodes. A handover command to a mobile termination, MT, of the migrating IAB node, and each UE and MT of the IAB nodes is prepared. A group handover command that recursively contains handover commands of all the UEs and MTs is generated. A handover acknowledge message including a list of admitted and not admitted PDU session resources and containing the group handover command is sent. A RRC Reconfiguration Complete message is received.

    摘要: Embodiments include methods for a UE to perform measurements in a wireless network based on conditions related to data traffic. Such methods include receiving, from a network node of the wireless network, one or more conditional measurement configurations, each including: a measurement configuration associated with one or more cells, and one or more measurement conditions that need to be fulfilled to apply the measurement configuration, including at least one first execution condition related to UE data traffic and/or one or more UE applications. Such methods include monitoring for the measurement conditions included in the respective conditional measurement configurations and, based on detecting fulfillment of one or more measurement conditions included in a particular conditional measurement configuration, applying the measurement configuration included in the particular conditional measurement configuration towards measurements of the associated cells. Other embodiments include complementary methods for a network node, as well as UEs and network nodes.

    摘要: Embodiments of the present disclosure include methods, performed by a first node in an integrated access backhaul (IAB) network, for flow control of data transmission from a base station to a plurality of user equipment (UEs) via the IAB network. Such embodiments can include detecting a reduction in data transmission throughput in the first node, and determining that the reduction in data transmission throughput is due to congestion in one or more particular downstream nodes in the IAB network. Such embodiments can also include sending a flow-control message to an upstream node in the IAB network, wherein the flow-control message identifies one or more nodes, in the IAB network, for which a flow-control operation is requested in relation to data transmitted from the upstream node. Other embodiments include complementary methods performed by a second node (e.g., upstream from the first node) and IAB nodes configured to perform such methods.
