    摘要: A process for preparing copolymers of acetylene and conjugated diene compounds by copolymerization of acetylene with at least one conjugated diene compound in the presence of a catalyst composition in a reactor, characterized in that the catalyst composition comprises a dialkyl aluminum halide, an organic nickel compound and an active hydrogen compound, of which the molar concentrations have the following relationships:[Al]=2[Ni]+[H][Al]/[Ni]>4wherein [Al], [Ni] and [H] represent respectively the molar concentrations of the dialkyl aluminum halide, of the organic nickel compound and of the active hydrogen compound, whereby the copolymer was obtained in a good yield without by-production of any gel material.

    摘要: A cathode-depositing electrocoating composition which comprises as a film-forming component a carbon-to-carbon double bond containing resin having a principal chain of acetylene-conjugated diene random copolymer and a basic group, combined to the principal chain in a ratio of from 0.02 to 0.8 mol per 100 g of said resin and capable of forming in an aqueous medium a group of the formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 and R.sub.2, which are the same or different, are each a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom or a hydrocarbon residue having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 which are the same or different, are each a hydrogen atom or an organic residue having 1 to 10 carbon atoms or are combined to form together with the intermediary nitrogen atom a cyclic group having 1 to 7 carbon atoms, and X is a hydrogen atom or a bond, and when X is a bond, both the carbon atoms carrying R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 are bonded or belong to the principal chain, said resin being dissolved or dispersed in an aqueous medium through neutralization with an acid. Such composition is excellent in low temperature curing property.

    摘要: A groove is cut into an end surface of a shaft component to deform the shaft component into irregularities provided on a tubular component, thereby coupling the shaft component with the tubular component to form an outer ring for a constant velocity joint. This type of joint provides an outer ring having a strong coupling force and high coupling precision. The irregularities are preferably in the form of a spline cut in a portion of an inner perimeter surface of the tubular component, at a location where coupling of the tubular component with the shaft component is desired. The spline optionally includes a notch which provided additional coupling strength, especially in the shaft direction. The tubular component is shaped by pressing the inner surface of the tubular component into a mandrel having an outer surface shape of the desired inner surface shape of the tubular component. Hydraulic pressure is used to supply the force to press the material onto the mandrel to form the tubular component. This shaping method results in a molded material with high precision without requiring bond treatment.

    摘要: A central station of a route guidance system collects traffic data from various points of a city area and updates aural routing information stored in roadside remote stations at periodic intervals. A moving vehicle senses the location of a roadside station to transmit a coded destination signal thereto where it is decoded to retrieve desired routing information. The latter is compressed in time dimension and transmitted back to the vehicle for storage in a storage device which is later retrieved at such a rate as to reproduce the original aural information.
