摘要： A polyester film having on at least one surface thereof a primer layer comprising a crosslinked product of a polyurethane having at least one functional group selected from a carboxyl group, a sulfo group, a hemisulfate group, and salts of these groups and a polyepoxy compound. The polyester film having a primer layer can be produced by coating an aqueous primer coating composition comprising a polyurethane having at least one of a carboxylic acid salt group, a sulfonic acid salt group and a hemisulfate salt group on at least one surface of a polyester film before its crystallization and orientation are completed, and thereafter completing the crystallization and orientation by subjecting the coated film to drying, stretching and heat-treatment, and is useful as a base film for magnetic recording media.

摘要： A readily adhesive polyester film comprising a polyester film having provided on at least one surface thereof a readily adhesive thin layer (a primer layer) containing an aqueous phenoxy resin; anda process for preparation of a readily adhesive polyester film which comprises applying an aqueous coating containing an aqueous phenoxy resin on at least one surface of a polyester film before completion of crystalline orientation, and then subjecting the resulting film to drying, stretching and heating treatments to complete crystalline orientation of the film.

摘要： A process for producing an easily adherable biaxially stretched polyester film, which comprises coating a primer composition consisting of (A) and aqueous dispersion of polyurethane and (B) a montan wax salt and optionally a nonionic or anionic surface-active agent on the surface of a polyester film which has not yet been stretched completely, drying the coating, completing the stretching of the coated film, and then heat-setting it thereby to form a primer coated layer on the film surface.

摘要： A process for producing a slippery biaxially stretched polyester film, which comprises coating one or both surfaces, preferably one surface, of a running polyester film, before the completion of its crystalline orientation, with an aqueous solution or dispersion containing(A) a metal salt having the composition of the following formula ##STR1## wherein Me represents a metal ion having a valence of 2 to 6, R is H or CH.sub.3, X is one equivalent of an anion, y is 1-6, z is 0-2, w is 0-8, and p is a number equal to the quotient obtained by dividing the total of y+2z+w by the atomic valence of Me, provided that when y is 2 or more, two or more R groups may be identical or different, when w is 2 or more, two or more X ions may be identical or different, and the group ##STR2## in the case of R=CH.sub.3 is contained in a number of not more than 2 for each Me, and(B) a film-forming polymeric compound, a monomer thereof, or a mixture of these; and thereafter heating the coating, before completion of the crystalline orientation of the film, to convert it on the film surface into numerous minute protrusions substantially having form retention; and a slippery biaxially stretched polyester film having a substantially continuous coating with numerous protrusions substantially having form retention, said coating being formed substantially all over on at least one surface of the film and at least comprising a metal salt having the composition of formula (I) above and a film-forming polymeric compound.
