    摘要: A polyester film having on at least one surface thereof a primer layer comprising a crosslinked product of a polyurethane having at least one functional group selected from a carboxyl group, a sulfo group, a hemisulfate group, and salts of these groups and a polyepoxy compound. The polyester film having a primer layer can be produced by coating an aqueous primer coating composition comprising a polyurethane having at least one of a carboxylic acid salt group, a sulfonic acid salt group and a hemisulfate salt group on at least one surface of a polyester film before its crystallization and orientation are completed, and thereafter completing the crystallization and orientation by subjecting the coated film to drying, stretching and heat-treatment, and is useful as a base film for magnetic recording media.

    摘要: An antistatic polyester film comprises a polyester film having provided on one or both surfaces thereof a thin layer of a mixed composition, wherein(1) the mixed composition is composed essentially of(A) a polyester polyacrylic copolymer (component A);(B) an anion-type high molecular weight antistatic agent (component B);(C) a fine particle having an average particle diameter of no greater than about 0.5 .mu.m (component C); and(D) a wetting agent (component D); and wherein(2) said components A, B, C, and D are present in amounts of about 20 to about 80 parts by weight, about 15 to about 70 parts by weight, about 5 to about 40 parts by weight, and 0 to about 30 parts by weight, respectively, per 100 parts by weight in total of the components A, B and C. Also, a method for producing such antistatic polyester film is described.

    摘要: A polyester film having on at least one side, a primer layer comprising a crosslinked product between (a) a polyurethane having (0.22-33).times.10.sup.-4 gram equivalent/gram of resin, of at least one functional group selected from a carboxyl group and a salt group derived therefrom and (b) a polyepoxy compound, said crosslinked product containing (c) an antistatic agent composed mainly of a compound represented by the following general formula (I) ##STR1## wherein R represents an alkyl group of 4-20 carbon atoms, and M.sub.1 and M.sub.2 each represent an alkali metal ion, an ammonium group or a tertiary amino group, as well as a process for producing said film. The film is useful as a base material for highly processed polyester film products such as magnetic tape, floppy disc, X-ray photographic film, telephone card, OHP, base for printing plate and the like.

    摘要: At each measurement time, reflected light from a semiconductor wafer W or the like by measurement light from a measurement light source 11 is coupled to reference light from a reference light generating section 14, and interference light is detected by a photodetector 15. A raw thickness value calculating section 16b selects two light intensity peaks corresponding to the upper and lower surfaces of the wafer W from a light intensity distribution between an interference light intensity and a reference optical path length and calculates a raw thickness value. A statistical thickness value calculating section 16c executes statistical processing including data sorting, determination whether the raw thickness value falls within an allowable numerical value range, and determination of a thickness change line, thereby obtaining a statistical thickness value. With this arrangement, a thickness measuring apparatus and thickness measuring method capable of measuring the thickness of a semiconductor wafer during execution of wet etching independently of the presence of an etchant, and a wet etching apparatus and wet etching method using the thickness measuring apparatus and method are implemented.

    摘要: The front structure comprises a cowl top panel located on the engine compartment side connected to a dash upper panel located on the vehicle cabin side to form a closed box in cross section. A portion of the vertical front wall of the cowl top panel is provided for installation of a motor unit of windshield wiper.
