    摘要： The invention relates to a pigment composition of C.I. Pigment Blue 15:6, containing 0.5% to 15% by weight of an additive of the formula (1), based on the weight of the pigment, in which R1, R2, R3, R4, R5 and R6 independently of one another are hydrogen; C1-C22 alkyl or C2-C22 alkenyl, whose carbon chain in each case may be interrupted by one or more moieties —O—, —S—, NR9—, —CO— or —SO2— and/or may be substituted one or more times by hydroxyl, halogen, aryl, heteroaryl, C1-C4 alkoxy and/or acetyl; C3-C8 cycloalkyl, whose carbon framework may be interrupted by one or more moieties —O—, —S—, —NR10—, —CO— or —SO2— and/or may be substituted one or more times by hydroxyl, halogen, aryl, heteroaryl, C1-C4 alkoxy and/or acetyl; dehydroabietyl or aryl or heteroaryl, with R9 and R10 independently of one another being hydrogen or C1-C22 alkyl. The pigment composition of the invention is produced with application of a wet grinding process, more particularly a salt kneading operation.

Pigment Blue 15:6 as a base pigment and pigment dispersants of formula (II) wherein CPC is a radical of a copper phthalocyanine, n is a number between 0.1 and 4, preferably between 0.2 and 2; m is number between 0.1 and 4, preferably 0.2 and 2; Kat is a cation from the group of alkali metals or H+; o is a number between 0 and 3.9, preferably between 0 and 1.8; and n=m+o; and R1, R2, R3, R4 independently represent hydrogen or a radical from the group comprising C1-C20 alkyl, C2-C20alkenyl, C5-C20cycloalkyl, C5-C20cycloalkenyl, C1-C4 alkylphenyl, the previously cited radicals being optionally branched and optionally substituted by sulf-, carboxy, hydroxy and halogen, with the proviso that one, two or three of the radicals R1 to R4 is/are hydrogen. The invention also relates to the method for producing said pigment preparations.

    摘要： A method for steam cooking includes introducing steam, from a steam generator device, into a food cooking container through a supply conduit so that at an inlet opening to the food cooking container the steam enters tangentially to a wall of the food cooking container. The generation of steam is controlled by a control system so as to provide a difference between the pressure in the supply conduit and the pressure in the interior of the food cooking container of at least 1 kPa.

For providing an energy-saving steam cooking apparatus for effectively controlling the temperature in the individual cooking planes there are associated with the cooking planes one or more steam input openings and/or one or more steam outlet openings and separate temperature measuring devices are arranged in at least two cooking planes. In a method of cooking a multi-component meal regardless of the cooking times of the individual components thereof this meal is cooked simultaneously without interruption in a cooking operation, whereby a uniform temperature distribution is selected and maintained in the cooking chamber for a meal of an identical cooking time of all components and a differing temperature distribution is selected and maintained in the cooking planes or cooking sections for a meal with differing cooking times for individual components.
