Methods are also disclosed for processing tissues for histological examination under elevated pressure conditions that enhance the perfusion of liquid reagents into the tissue and reduce overall processing times.

The utilization of the trialkoxybenzene modifiers of the present invention is highly advantageous because they promote fast polymerization rates and can be used to produce polymers having high vinyl contents.
