    摘要: An apparatus for low-temperature plasma treatment of a sheet material, comprising a plurality of reaction zones through which the sheet material is transported in an enclosed reaction chamber whose inner pressure can be reduced, in which the reaction zones are provided respectively with an electrode communicating to a high frequency generating device and a plurality of jet nozzles for supplying a gas thereto for generating low-temperature plasma gas, and the reaction chamber and the reaction zones are earthed. Another apparatus for the same purpose is to provide a liquid medium passage passing through the guide rolls for transporting a sheet material to be treated and through the electrodes under reduced pressure for heating or cooling the sheet material under treatment to a prescribed temperature. Further an electric energy feeding device for the electrodes comprising a shielded wire jointer having a cooling mechanism for connecting a shielded wire coming out of a high frequency generating device to the electrodes for generating low-temperature plasma.

    摘要: An electrode plate for generating low temperature plasma comprising a plurality of long electrode plate members with the same form, a plurality of cooling water passages, which serve simultaneously as support members, for connecting each pair of the adjacent electrode plate members respectively along their longitudinal direction with a cooling water passage therebetween so as to arrange the adjacent electrode plate members alternately up and down in parallel with no formation of a projection, and cooling water communicating pipes provided outside the electrode plate members.By arranging a pair of the present inventive electrode plates up and down in parallel and supplying high frequency electric current thereto, low temperature plasma can be generated uniformly and effectively all over the electrode plates.

    摘要: An apparatus for treating a cloth continuously with the use of low-temperature plasma comprising a reactor provided with seal mechanisms, a plurality of cloth guide rolls provided up and down in the reactor for transporting a cloth zigzag forming snaky undulations, a plurality of partition walls provided up and down alternately in the reactor for forming zigzag cloth passages to transport the cloth therebetween, a gas supply opening provided in the vicinity of the cloth outlet for jetting a gas to the zigzag cloth passages, a pair of electrode plates provided in adjacent to the gas supply opening for producing low-temperature plasma with the combined use of high frequency electric wave applied thereto and the gas jetted from the gas supply opening, and a vacuum duct provided in the vicinity of the cloth inlet of the reactor. It is preferable further to provide a plurality of electrode pairs in the reactor by putting the zigzag cloth passages therebetween. The treatment of a cloth, for instance souring and finishing, can be done eminently with the use of this apparatus.

    摘要: A multi-stage, moving bed-type, adsorption device which comprises a unit made of an adsorbent particles-filled chamber which is defined by two fore and rear louvers, the distance therebetween being larger downwardly, two fore and rear lower walls extending downwardly from the lower ends of the fore and rear louvers, respectively, the distance therebetween being narrower downwardly, and two right and left side walls, an inverted V-shaped rectifying body extending horizontally from the right side wall to the left side wall and a rectifying plate extending vertically downwardly from the top of said rectifying body, said rectifying body and said rectifying plate being located in the lower region of the said chamber, a plurality of said units being placed one upon another and communicated with each other by a coupling means consisting of two vertical fore and rear walls and side walls, the distance between the louvers of the lower unit being larger than that of the upper unit adjacent thereto; a gas-circulating vessel containing said plurality of said units therein; an adsorbent particle inlet port provided at the top of the uppermost unit; and an adsorbent particle discharging means provided at the bottom of the lowest unit, wherein the adsorbent particles flowing down within each unit are brought into contact with the gas passing through the gas-circulating vessel in a cross current manner.
