    摘要： Pressure sensitive adhesive products or articles having one or more release layers and a pressure sensitive adhesive layer, said one or more release layer comprising a polyolefinic elastomer having a shearing modulus of less than 2.0.times.10.sup.8 dyne/cm.sup.2 and surface wettability expressed in terms of an equilibrium contact angle of more than 55.degree. with respect to a standard liquid, and said adhesive layer being composed mainly of a polyacrylate. To increase the adhesion between the release layer and a backing substrate, a reinforcing interlayer may be used. As the release layer, a mixture of the polyolefinic elastomer and polyethylene may be used. The release layer is then kept in contact with the adhesive layer over a given area to form a composite or integral layer thereof as by extrusion coating.

    摘要： There is disclosed a process for inline producing a biaxially oriented releasing film by consecutively orienting a non oriented film (polyethylene terephthalate or polypropylene) in the machine or transverse direction one by one which comprises coating at least one side of a film in a state prior to biaxial orientation with an addition reaction type silicone based releasing agent (e.g. solvent type), preferably incorporated with a photosensitizer; biaxially orienting the film; thereafter heat annealing the same; and subsequently performing ultraviolet ray irradiation. The process enables easy production of the releasing film which is excellent in releasability, non-migration property of silicone, and productivity, and which is well suited for use in the production of pressure sensitive adhesive labels and tapes, ceramic green sheets, synthetic leather, etc.

    摘要： A member for a mask film comprising a substrate film transmitting ultraviolet light and a resin layer not transmitting ultraviolet light which is disposed on one face of the substrate film, allows elimination of color by irradiation with a laser beam, has a transmittance of ultraviolet light of 0.1% or smaller and has a thickness of 0.1 to 30 μm; a process for producing a mask film using the member; and a process for producing a printing plate of a photosensitive resin using the mask film. The mask is advantageously used for preparing a printing plate such as a photosensitive printing plate. The member for a mask provides the mask film by etching with a laser beam.

    摘要： There are disclosed a releasing sheet which comprises a sheet like substrate and a cured layer placed thereon of an addition reaction type silicone composition containing a photosensitizer, characterized in that the cured layer is formed by heat treating a layer of an addition reaction type silicone composition containing at least one photosensitizer selected from the group consisting of &agr;-hydroxy ketones (e.g. 2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenylpropane-1-one, 1-[4-(2-hydroxyethoxy)-phenyl]-2-hydroxy-2-methylpropane-1-one and 1-hydroxycyclohexy-phenyl-ketone) and &agr;-diketone dialkyl acetals (e.g. benzyldimethyl acetal), followed by treatment with ultraviolet ray irradiation; and a process for efficiently producing the releasing sheet in extremely high productivity. The layer of an addition reaction type silicone composition has favorable adhesiveness to the substrate and non-migration property, and thus the objective releasing sheet has excellent releasability and exceptionally high flatness.
