    摘要: A closed-type motor has an elastic grommet with a through-hole into which a lead wire is inserted. The grommet covers an opening portion of a case. An elastic tube is connected to the grommet, and a cover covers the grommet. The grommet includes a pedestal portion abutted to the case; a tubular projection with the through-hole; and an annular groove surrounding a basal portion of the tubular projection. The tubular projection has an internal sectional area being equal to or larger than the one of the lead wire. The tube has an internal sectional area being equal to or larger than the one of the lead wire and has an inner diameter being equal to or less than an outer diameter of the tubular projection. The cover is provided with a central hole having a diameter being equal to or larger than an outer diameter of the tube.

    摘要: A method of selectively utilizing a set of linear actuator motors for an application includes providing a plurality of linear actuator motors numbered from 1 to N including a box shaped housing with respective lengths between a first end-plate and a second end-plate and respective hollow shafts. Each hollow shaft includes an extended portion out of either the first end-plate or the second end-plate and configured to receive a nut including a tube part integrally connected with a flat-end part. The nut is configured to be able to mate in a common manner to any of the plurality of linear actuator motors. The method further includes testing any of the plurality of linear actuator motors including the nut for the application, wherein the nut is detached from one linear actuator motor to reattach with another linear actuator motor.

    摘要: An overvoltage protection circuit includes a PMOS transistor Q1 that is disposed between an input circuit 21, from which an input voltage VIN is supplied, and a system 22 and functions as a switch. A comparator 110 compares the input voltage VIN with a predetermined reference voltage to determine the occurrence of an overvoltage. Further, the comparator 110 outputs a High level as an operation signal when no overvoltage is detected. A soft switching control circuit 130 starts up by using the High level output from the comparator 110 as an enable signal, and gradually turns on the PMOS transistor Q1. A sudden change of the load exerted on the circuit on the input side is suppressed by the soft start function.

    摘要: This invention relates to a mask (reticle) washing apparatus for use in the production of semiconductor integrated circuits (IC), and in particular, to cleaning a mask without the use of a strong oxidizing agent or a strong alkaline agent. The mask washing apparatus comprises an airtight chamber including a washing space and a drying space which are separated by a shutter. A drain and an exhaust duct are located at the bottom of the chamber. The washing is performed at a lower part of the chamber and the drying is performed at an upper part of the chamber. A clean air stream flows from the upper part to the lower part of the chamber, and this flow eliminates contamination in the chamber. Consequently, the mask is cleaned perfectly, and the reliability and yield of the device is improved.

    摘要: A set of lockers allows a customer to drop off commodities for a service company to pick up. An order is input using an operation screen, and an order sheet which specifies the locker number is issued. A commodity, for example undeveloped film, and the order sheet are put in a transparent request bag and deposited in the locker. When the service company picks up the request bag, the request bag is taken out of the locker, and a bar code on the order sheet is read by a hand scanner. When the order sheet is scanned, the locker it came from is automatically locked, and the next locker which has an undeveloped film order is automatically opened. After processing the film, the developed film and prints are put in a delivery bag, with an attached slip having the locker number to which the bag is to be delivered. Upon delivery to the locker, a first bar code on a slip is read by a hand scanner, and a first locker is unlocked. When a second bar code is scanned, a second locker is automatically unlocked, and the first locker is automatically locked.
