摘要： An image processing apparatus, includes: a state information unit obtaining state information that indicates a state of driving operation of the vehicle; an image storage storing a two-dimensional image data obtained from imaging devices whose viewing fields partly overlap; a specifying unit compositing the data into a shape of a three-dimensional projection plane, and then specifying, in correspondence to the state information, a compositing method overlapping portions of viewing fields to be used for transformation from a three-dimensional image into a projection image viewed from a viewpoint along a line-of-sight; and an image transformation unit transforming the data into projection image data viewed from the viewpoint along the line-of-sight direction using the compositing method.

摘要： The video processing apparatus includes: a pattern information storing unit that stores use part information and location information; a plurality of video inputting units that input each of a plurality of video data; a video data generating unit that generates a plurality of types of generated video data; a generated video pattern selecting unit that selects a pattern of generated video data to be generated; a process unit that stores the use part of each video data in a storing unit; and a video outputting unit that coordinate-converts the generated combined video data with coordinate conversion data, generates the generated video data, and outputs the generated video data to the display unit. The use part information indicates a use part of each video data used for the generated video data, and the location information includes reduction ratio information of the use part of the each video data.

摘要： An image processing apparatus is provided that combines image data captured by multiple cameras and displays the resulting image of surroundings of the vehicle to monitor monitoring the surroundings of a vehicle. The image processing apparatus includes: an image memory; a camera-image acquisition unit; a projection surface geometry manager that manages projection surface geometry information including a set of three-dimensional coordinates for a projection surface that is virtually formed to surround the vehicle; a viewing movement controller that determines viewing information so that a viewpoint and a viewing direction relative to the projection surface are continuously transited according to a given viewing transition regulation; an image converter that projects and combines the image data on the projection surface, and converts the combined image data into two-dimensional image data; a display unit that displays the two-dimensional image data; and a periodic rendering trigger generator that generates a trigger signal to start an image conversion process by the image converter.

The image processing apparatus includes a network interface unit inputting the compressed image data, an image generating unit generating a combined image data based on the compressed image data, and a transmitting unit transmitting the combined image data to the display apparatus, and the display apparatus includes a receiving unit receiving the combined image data and a display unit displaying the combined image data.
