    摘要: A paper folding apparatus for a form printing machine includes an automatic paper cutting device having a cutting cylinder, which is disposed on an upstream side of an oscillatory shooter assembly, and which is adapted to form a cross line of cuts interposed by at least one small uncut portion in a continuous web of paper. The cutting cylinder is synchronously rotated with the paper for forming the cross line of cuts in response to a signal detected according to a predetermined length of travel of the continuous web of paper. The apparatus also includes a supporting device disposed on the oscillatory shooter assembly which supports a nozzle roller so that the nozzle roller may be moved to a first position which is displaced either toward or away from a counter roller so as to enable the continuous web of paper to slidingly travel between the two rollers, and a second position wherein the paper is intensively pressed against the counter roller so that the paper is prevented from sliding between the two rollers. The apparatus also includes an operating device which is disposed on the oscillatory shooter assembly which moves the nozzle roller supported by the supporting device from the first position to the second position when the cross line of cuts formed by the cutting cylinder arrives on the upstream side of and immediately before the nozzle roller.

    摘要: In a method of making sealed paper, a web of paper is unrolled and fed, while under a given tension, from a paper roll, and is single-folded or multiple-folded. Prior to the or each folding step, the unrolled web of paper is treated by having an adhesive applied to margin portions thereof destined to be margins of the sealed paper on an inner surface thereof other than along a fold line at which the paper is to be folded. The folded web of paper is then cut to yield a number of sealable paper units so treated and folded as above. The method further includes pressing the sealable paper units to have them sealed with the adhesive applied and thereafter discharging the sealed paper units each of which represents a sealed paper. The method may further include printing a given message or information on a sheet of paper before the paper is rolled into the above mentioned paper roll.

    摘要: The first object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a uniform organic semiconductor thin film consisting of single organic molecule with extremely few pinholes and of which both quality and thickness are uniform when the organic semiconductor thin film is manufactured by printing process. The second object of the present invention is to manufacture a monocrystalline organic semiconductor of which almost the entire region consists of a single monocrystal, by printing process.The uniform organic semiconductor thin film is manufactured by steps of: preparing a first ink obtained by dissolving a high concentration of the organic semiconductor in an organic solvent with high affinity for the organic semiconductor, and a second ink consisting of an organic solvent having a low affinity for the organic semiconductor; mixing the first and second inks on a substrate by simultaneously or alternately discharging the first and second inks from each ink head. Furthermore, a shape on which a seed crystal is generated with highly efficiency in one portion of a region storing the ink and a monocrystal is grown over the almost entire region storing the ink from the shape as a starting point.

    摘要: A safety monitoring device is provided for the use in an active seismic response and wind control system for exerting a control force, which restrains the vibration of a structure due to disturbances such as earthquake and wind, from an actuator in response to the above vibration. The safety monitoring device measures the work done of a seismic response control force and judges the work done of the seismic response control force to be positive or negative, so that whether or not the seismic response control is properly carried out by the actuator is judged. If any abnormality is found, a stop signal or the like is generated to stop the seismic response and wind control system, whereby the safety of the structure is ensured.

    摘要: An elasto-plastic damper is disclosed which comprises either a metal block-like or a metal plate-like damper body, each having a plurality of spaced apart openings extending therethrough to provide elastic deformability to the damper body.     摘要: In a fish-finder of the type emitting ultrasonic pulses into the water and receiving and displaying the reflected waves, the received reflected waves are converted into digital signals corresponding to their levels and written into a main memory as information of one display line of a color cathode ray tube display. The main memory has a capacity of storing information of one picture frame of the color cathode ray tube display, and is read out repeatedly. The read-out signals are converted into color signals according to their levels and the color signals are supplied to the color cathode ray tube. Every time a new reflected wave is written into the main memory, the stored content of the main memory is partly removed so that the oldest display on the screen may disappear and, at the same time, the display on each display line is shifted to the older display line.
