    摘要: Disclosed is a high-strength steel plate with excellent warm workability that has a component composition comprising, in mass %, 0.05 to 0.4% C, 0.5 to 3% Si+Al, 0.5 to 3% Mn, no more than 0.15% P (not including 0%), and no more than 0.02% S (including 0%), with the remainder comprising iron and impurities, and a composition that includes a total of 45 to 80% martensite and/or bainitic ferrite in terms of the area ratio relative to the entire composition, 5 to 40% polygonal ferrite in terms of the area ratio relative to the entire composition, and 5 to 20% retained austenite in terms of the area ratio relative to the entire composition, wherein the C concentration (CγR) within said residual austenite is in the range of 0.6 mass % to less than 1.0 mass %, and that furthermore may include bainite. In the high-strength steel plate, TRIP effects are achieved to the fullest extent in warm working, and increased ductility over prior steel plates is reliably achieved.

    摘要: A high-strength steel sheet has a chemical composition including 0.05% to 0.3% of C, 1% to 3% of Si, 0.5% to 3% of Mn, 0% to 0.1% of P, 0.001% to 0.1% of Al, and 0.002% to 0.03% of N, in mass percent; further includes iron and impurities; and has a structure including 50% to 90% of bainitic ferrite, 5% to 20% of retained austenite (γR), a total of 10% to 50% of martensite and the retained austenite, and 0% to 40% of polygonal ferrite, in area percent based on the entire structure. The retained austenite has a carbon content (CγR) of 0.5% to 1.2% by mass, an average equivalent circle diameter of 0.2 to 2 μm, and an average aspect ratio (maximum diameter/minimum diameter) of less than 3.0. The high-strength steel sheet excels both in elongation and deep drawability while having a strength of 980 MPa or more.

This is compared with the previously determined amino acid sequence recognized by the monoclonal antibody preparation in order to assess the fitness of patients for administration of the monoclonal antibody preparation.

    摘要: Steel-sheet continuous annealing equipment includes, in sequence, a pre-heating zone, a heating zone, a soaking zone, a cooling zone, a reheating zone, an overaging zone, and a final cooling zone, and further includes a rapid heating region and a rapid cooling region that are provided within a range from the reheating zone to the final cooling zone (including the reheating zone and the final cooling zone), the rapid heating region allowing rapid heating of a steel sheet at a heating rate of 15° C./s or more and the rapid cooling region allowing rapid cooling, at a cooling rate of 10° C./s or more, of the steel sheet that has been rapidly heated in the rapid heating region. Various steel-sheet products ranging from mild steel sheets to ultrahigh-tensile steel sheets can be produced by performing a heat treatment with such steel-sheet continuous annealing equipment.

    摘要: It is an object of the present invention to provide a non-conjugated cyclic diene and a non-conjugated cyclic diene composition which enable the production of a polymer based on non-conjugated cyclic diene which makes it possible to produce a (co)polymer at a high degree of polymerization activity, and a method of producing a polymer based on non-conjugated cyclic diene which makes it possible to produce a (co)polymer at a high degree of polymerization activity. A non-conjugated cyclic diene is used which meets at least one of the following requirements: (1) it contains a compound having a seven-membered cyclic triene hydrocarbon structure in a specific amount or less and (2) it contains a conjugated polyene compound having an eight-membered bicyclic hydrocarbon structure in a specific amount. Also, in a method of producing a non-conjugated cyclic diene polymer, the aforementioned non-conjugated cyclic diene is supplied to the polymerization or copolymerization using an olefin polymerization catalyst containing an organic aluminum oxy compound and/or an ionizing ionic compound. Also, in another method of producing a non-conjugated cyclic diene polymer, a non-conjugated cyclic diene which is obtained by bringing a crude non-conjugated cyclic diene into contact with an alkali and then removing at least a part of a low-boiling point fraction and at least a part of a high-boiling point fraction is used for the polymerization.
