    摘要： A semiconductor integrated circuit device comprising an internal reset circuit generating one shot pulse for resetting an internal circuit upon a power on. In the internal reset circuit, inputted to a two-input NOR gate are an output potential of an inverter inverting a first node coupled to a power supply through a capacitor, and an internal clock signal which level inverts at a predetermined timing after rising to a "H" level upon the power on. Then, the output of the NOR gate is applied to a second node in an internal circuit to be reset. The internal reset circuit outputs one shot pulses synchronizing with the first fall of the internal clock signal after the power on irrespective of a potential change rate of the first node after the power on. The first node is set to more easily attain a "H" level than the second node to be reset to a "L" level at the power on by adjusting characteristics of circuit elements connected to the first node and those of circuit elements connected to the second node. As a result, the second node is set to be without fail at a "L" level requiring no resetting when the inverted potential of the first node has a value allowing a generation of one shot pulses at the NOR gate, thereby preventing malfunction of the internal circuit due to erroneous resetting.

    摘要： A potential measurement apparatus is provided which can suitably maintain the oscillation state of an oscillator including a detection electrode and stably measure the potential of a measurement object. The potential measurement apparatus includes a bearing part, an elastic supporting part supported by the bearing part, an oscillator movably supported by the elastic supporting part, detection electrodes installed in the oscillator, a drive mechanism driving the oscillator and a signal detection unit. The signal detection unit is connected to the detection electrodes to detect electrical signals appearing in the detected electrodes. A stress detecting element for generating an electric signal according to the stress of the elastic suspension part 142 is provided.

Between the movable member and the stationary member, a first gap is so formed as to make the movable member 101 movable. The first gap has a part that is not larger in width than the maximum size of toner particles when the movable member is not elastically deformed and is at a neutral position.

The controller determines that position detection information is from the electronic pen when the position detection information is received from a position detecting device after the pen information is received from the electronic pen, while the controller determines that position detection information is from a finger when the position detection information is received from the position detecting device without receiving the pen information from the electronic pen.
