    摘要: With conventional closed kneaders, the temperature of the kneaded material remains high at the end of primary kneading because insufficient cooling is made in the interior part of the kneaded material, making it necessary to either provide cooling time between the primary and secondary kneading or to transfer materials to another kneader after the end of primary kneading for the secondary kneading. This has constituted an obstruction to productivity. In view of such problems, a closed kneader is capable of controlling the kneaded material temperature at the end of primary kneading at a level no higher than the temperature that allows addition of a vulcanizing agent line, and can perform secondary kneading immediately after the end of primary kneading. In a closed kneader provided with a chamber for storing kneaded material and a pair of rotors installed in the chamber, the proportion of the radius of the rotor shaft to the radius on the inner face of the chamber is kept at no less than 0.65.

    摘要: A piezoelectric component prevents development of a short circuit between separate electrodes of a piezoelectric element and provides a high level of connection reliability. The piezoelectric component includes a piezoelectric element utilizing a longitudinal oscillation mode and being mounted on a mounting substrate. The piezoelectric element has on one main surface thereof a first electrode and a second electrode formed by dividing electrode material via longitudinally extending linear grooves and, on the other main surface, a third electrode. Conductive support members are secured to node sections of the first and second electrodes so as to be spaced apart from each other with respect to the longitudinal dimension of the piezoelectric substrate. The support members are adhered to and secured to pattern electrodes of the mounting substrate by conductive adhesive.

    摘要: A portable telephone set includes a card, a portable telephone set body, a card insertion detecting circuit, and a control section. The card has a ROM in which the identification information and password of a subscriber are stored in advance. The portable telephone set body has at least a radio section for transmitting/receiving a radio signal, and is used to perform originating and terminating operations. The card insertion detecting circuit detects insertion of the card in the portable telephone set body. The control section sets the portable telephone set body in a password input wait state when insertion of the card is detected by the card insertion detecting circuit and the power supply of the portable telephone set is turned on while the card is inserted therein, and sets the portable telephone set body in a wait state allowing originating and terminating operations only when a correct password is input in the password input wait state.

The substrate is covered by a cap which is arranged to cover the piezoelectric resonator. A rubber-like elastic material such as a silicone resin is injected through a hole of the cap to cover the periphery of the piezoelectric resonator.     摘要: An electronic component which functions as a discriminator includes a piezoelectric resonator having a substrate. First and second pattern electrodes are provided on a first major surface of the substrate. First and second support members made from an electrically conductive material are provided on external electrodes provided on one side surface of a piezoelectric resonator. One end of the first support member is electrically connected to a land of the first pattern electrode via electrically conductive paste and the other end of the first support member is mechanically connected to an insulating member disposed on the substrate. One end of the second support member is electrically connected to a land of the second pattern electrode via electrically conductive paste and the other end of the second support member is mechanically connected to another insulating member disposed on the substrate.

    摘要: A sealing structure and a sealing method for an electronic component achieves desired sealing properties and heat resistance. An electronic component element is mounted on a substrate having an electrode pattern disposed thereon, and is sealed by bonding a cap for covering the electronic component element on the substrate. An adhesive structure used to join the cap on the substrate includes a high-glass-transition-point adhesive partially coated on the cap bonded portion of the substrate, and a low-glass-transition-point adhesive coated over an entire periphery of the opening of the cap. The opening of the cap is pressed on a mounting portion of the substrate, and the adhesives are then cured to bond and seal the substrate and the cap.

    摘要: A piezo-resonator included in a filter and/or an AM signal receiving circuit eliminates unwanted signals produced as a result of the piezo-resonator experiencing a mechanical impact. The piezo-resonator includes a piezoelectric substrate and first and second electrodes provided on opposite surfaces of the substrate. The first electrode is divided into three portions along its width by grooves extending along the longitudinal substrate. The grooves are formed so that the resulting divided portions are substantially symmetrical to each other with respect to the central axis extending along the longitudinal substrate. The peripheral portions of the divided electrode are used as one input/output terminal, while the central portion is used as the other input/output terminal. The piezo-resonator can be provided in at least the last stage of a plurality of resonators for use in a filter. Further, such piezo-resonators or filter can be used in an intermediate frequency filter contained in an AM signal receiving device.
