    摘要: The present invention provides an inspection method for a lithium ion secondary battery in which an electrolyte and an electrode group are disposed in one container, the electrode group including a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and a separator, wherein a sensor for detecting acoustic emission is attached to the outside of the container and acoustic emission generated in the battery container is detected upon provision of charge or discharge current and stopping of provision thereof between the positive electrode and the negative electrode. Specifically, the amplitude intensity of the acoustic emission is measured that is generated upon provision of charge-discharge currents having different values, linear approximation is conducted for the charge-discharge current value and the amplitude intensity of the acoustic emission, and the number of times of charge-discharge cycles that has been provided so far to the battery is estimated.

The pixel regions include a pixel electrode formed of a transparent conducting layer and having a plurality of slits, a common electrode formed of a transparent conducting layer, the common electrode being overlapped with the pixel electrode through an insulating layer, and the liquid crystal being driven by an electric field generated by the pixel electrode and the common electrode. A conductor layer is arranged proximate to the drain signal line. The conductor layer is placed at a position where at least a part thereof overlaps the common electrode, and the conductor layer is not connected to the drain signal line and the pixel electrode electrically.

Each LED package includes a high refractive index member containing a substance having a larger refractive index than that of a material forming the lens and which seals the LED. The lens is shaped to have a recess near its center, and is shaped so that a moving radius increases as a polar angle increases within a range of 0 to 80 degrees. The moving radius is defined as a distance starting from the lens center and ending in the lens surface, and the polar angle is defined as an angle that is made by the moving radius to the center axis that is vertical to a plane on which said LED package is located and passing through the center of the lens.

    摘要: A lighting device for emitting light in a planar manner comprises a backlight section having non-uniformity in light emission in a plane and an optical film having an in-plane transmittance distribution compensating for the non-uniformity in light emission. The optical film has a plurality of slits allowing light to pass through and controls the in-plane transmittance distribution by varying the shapes of slit openings. Widths of the slits are fixed, closed portions are provided in a longitudinal direction, and the in-plane transmittance distribution is controlled by the ratio of the closed portions to the slits. A part of the optical film other than the slits is a light shielding layer, and a surface on the light source side of the light shielding layer scatters and reflects light. Each value in the in-plane transmittance distribution of the optical film is smaller than the reciprocal of a corresponding value in a light intensity distribution of the backlight section. A surface opposite to a surface on the light source side of the optical film has a cylindrical lens structure focused on the slits. Non-uniformity in light emission in the lighting device such as a backlight used in a liquid crystal display is eliminated at a low cost.
