    摘要: An organic light emitting diode (OLED) has a plurality of light emitting regions. The OLED includes an anode layer, a cathode layer, an organic light emitting layer, and a wavelength shift layer. The organic light emitting layer is disposed between the anode layer and the cathode layer and correspondingly provides the light emitting regions with a plurality of emitted lights. Here, the organic light emitting layer has a fixed thickness. The wavelength shift layer is disposed outside the organic light emitting layer, the cathode layer, and the anode layer. A wavelength range at half-peak of combination of the emitted lights is wider than a wavelength range at half-peak of one of the lights.

The first substrate and the second substrate are parallel to each other, and a liquid crystal layer is sealed between the first substrate and the second substrate. The first substrate includes a reflective portion, and the second substrate includes a color filter layer. The color filter layer disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate has an opening opposite to the reflective portion. The optical filter portion is disposed in the opening of the color filter layer for providing color compensation in a reflection mode.

    摘要: An optical filter including a bump, a first conformal transflective film, a conformal space layer and a second conformal transflective film is provided. The bump has a surface, wherein different areas of the surface have different normal vectors, respectively. Moreover, the first conformal transflective film is disposed on the surface of the bump, while the conformal space layer is disposed on the first conformal transflective film. Besides, the second conformal transflective film is disposed on the conformal space layer. By modulating the thickness of the conformal space layer, different colors is shown after the light is processed by the first conformal transflective film, the conformal space layer and the second conformal transflective film. The optical filter has the advantages of high color saturation and high light transmittance. Furthermore, the optical filter can mitigate color washout phenomenon appeared under large viewing angle.

    摘要: The present disclosure relates to a method of forming a back-side illuminated CMOS image sensor (BSI CIS). In some embodiments, the method comprises forming a plurality of photodetectors within a front-side of a semiconductor substrate. An implant is performed on the back-side of the semiconductor substrate to form an implantation region having a doping concentration that is greater in the center than at the edges of the semiconductor substrate. The back-side of the workpiece is then exposed to an etchant, having an etch rate that is inversely proportional to the doping concentration, which thins the semiconductor substrate to a thickness that allows for light to pass through the back-side of the substrate to the plurality of photodetectors. By implanting the substrate prior to etching, the etching rate is made uniform over the back- side of the substrate improving total thickness variation between the photodetectors and the back-side of the substrate.

    摘要: An optical assembly includes a light path and at least one optic to be positioned in the path. A support arrangement supports the optic having a foot arrangement including at least one foot that receives a direct manipulation with the foot slidingly engaged against a support surface to move the optic relative to the light path. The foot defines a footprint for engaging the support surface and receives the direct manipulation in a way which changes the footprint on the support surface to move the optic responsive to changes in the footprint. A movement arrangement may selectively bias the foot against the support surface during a movement mode, intended to permit movement of the foot against the support surface, and in a locked mode, intended to lock the foot against the support surface.
