    摘要: An improved anti-lock brake device of simple and compact construction adapted for use with a motorcycle having front and rear master cylinders for actuating front and rear wheel brakes, respectively. The front master cylinder has a first brake chamber for producing a brake torque for a front road wheel and a first control chamber for controlling the brake torque so as to prevent locking of the front wheel. The rear master cylinder has a second brake chamber for producing a brake torque for a rear road wheel and a second control chamber for controlling the brake torque so as to prevent locking of the rear wheel. The control chambers are each in communication with a single common source of oil pressure through a first control valve and with an oil tank through a second control valve.

    摘要: A hydraulic pump with an unloading function which comprises a pump body, a spring chamber formed in the pump body and communicating with a fluid reservoir, a pump chamber formed in the pump body and communicating with the spring chamber and an accumulator through a suction valve and a delivery valve, respectively. An operation chamber is also formed in the pump body and accommodates a drive member such as a pump drive shaft. A plunger slidably extending through a first partition between the spring chamber and the pump chamber, and a tappet having a smaller diameter than that of the plunger and slidably extends through a second partition between the pump chamber and the operation chamber to abut against the plunger. A spring is accommodated in the spring chamber and is adapted to apply a predetermined resilient force to the plunger to bias it toward the tappet.

    摘要: In a swash plate type hydraulic system such as a hydraulic pump, a hydraulic motor of the like, a group of cylinder bores in which plungers engaging a swash plate are slidably received are annularly arranged in a cylinder block, and higher and lower pressure oil passages are concentrically provided in the cylinder block. Further, a group of distributor valves are provided in the cylinder block in a radially arranged configuration for controlling the connection and disconnection between the higher and lower pressure oil passages and the group of cylinder bores by radial reciprocating motion of the valves, and an eccentric wheel is provided eccentrically with respect to the center of rotation of the cylinder block to abut against the outer ends of the distributor valves so as to impart a reciprocating motion to each of the distributor valves. A shifting device is provided for changing the eccentric relationship between the eccentric wheel and the cylinder block.

A control device controls a pressure regulating valve in a manner such that the pressure in the hydraulic pressure chamber is regulated to values dependent upon the rotational speed of the input shaft.

    摘要: In a hydrostatic continuously variable transmission comprising an annular inner oil passage and an annular outer oil passage which are formed in the cylinder block between a large number of cylinder bores in the pump cylinder and a large number of cylinder bores in the motor cylinder so as to surround an axis of the cylinder block, large numbers of first and second distributor valves disposed radiately in the cylinder block and adapted to be reciprocally moved radially of the cylinder block, and a first and a second eccentric ring engaged with the first and second distributor valves, respectively, a large number of clutch valves are arranged radiately and circumferentially alternatively with the second distributor valves in the cylinder block and adapted to be reciprocally moved between radially inner and outer positions in the cylinder block to short-circuit the oil passages when the reciprocation stroke thereof exceeds a given value. The clutch valves are engaged with the second eccentric ring together with the second distributor valves, and the second eccentric ring are movable so that it can be moved between a clutch-on position in which it provides a normal reciprocal movement to the second distributor valves and a clutch-off position in which the clutch valves are reciprocally moved to a position to short-circuit the oil passage.
