摘要: A cylindrical vibration isolating device that prevents damage to a vibration isolating rubber and cracks in a welded portion of a sub-frame. The sub-frame mount comprises an outer cylinder, an inner cylinder connected by the vibration isolating rubber. Small and large diameter portions are provided on a lateral wall of a barrel portion of the outer cylinder. Between the small and large diameter portions is formed a step-like boundary portion. The height in the axial direction of the boundary portion changes in the circumferential direction and has a substantially mountain-like shape with a top projecting in the press fitting direction. A contact area of the large diameter portion contacting a mounting hole of the sub-frame is increased in accordance with an amount of the press fitting. Therefore, when the sub-frame mount is press-fitted into the mounting hole of the sub-frame, the press fitting load is gradually increased.

摘要: The object of the present invention is to prevent damages of a vibration isolating rubber and cracks in a welded portion of a sub-frame when press-fitting a sub-frame mount. The sub-frame mount 1 comprises an outer cylinder 2, an inner cylinder 2 and the vibration isolating rubber 4 connecting these outer and inner cylinders. A small diameter portion 10 and a large diameter portion 11 are provided on a lateral wall of a barrel portion of the outer cylinder 2. Between the small diameter portion 10 and the large diameter portion 11 is formed a step-like boundary portion 12. The height in the axial direction of the boundary portion 12 changes in the circumferential direction and has a substantially mountain-like shape with a top 12a projecting in the press fitting direction. A contact area of the large diameter portion 11 contacting a mounting hole 21 of the sub-frame 20 is increased in accordance with an amount of the press fitting. Therefore, when the sub-frame mount 1 is press-fitted into the mounting hole 21 of the sub-frame 20, the press fitting load is gradually increased thereby preventing the rapid rise of the press fitting load.

摘要: A front cross member 202 of a rear subframe 53 has a recessed portion 221 which is recessed continuously over a longitudinal direction thereof. The recessed portion 221 is formed at a lower portion of the cross member 202 and is recessed upwardly, and an elastic bush 240 is fitted in a resulting recess. The elastic bush 240 has an elastic element 243 which connects together an inner tube 241 and an outer tube 242 which surrounds the inner tube 231 and is mounted on the rear subframe 53 at the recessed portion 221 as a bracket. The bracket 221 has bracket plate portions 263a, 263b which each have a plane which is brought into contact with an end face of the inner tube and folded-back portions 235, 235. The bracket 221 is disposed in such a manner as to hold therein both ends of the inner tube 241 and is configured such that the elastic bush 240 is mounted thereon by passing a bolt 224 through the inner tube 241.

摘要: A vehicle-mounted system comprising a security device and an emergency communication service unit has the following features. (1) An LED capable of emitting light in two colors is provided in the security device. (2) The security device and the emergency communication service unit are connected in communication with one another. (3) When a connection to a response center is completely established upon operation of a communication switch, the emergency communication service unit requests the security device to turn on an LED to emit light in a first color (green). (4) When a connection to the response center is completely established upon operation of a panic switch, the emergency communication service unit requests the security device to turn on the LED to emit light in a second color (red). (5) The security device controls the LED to emit light in the requested color.

摘要: A method for fabricating a semiconductor device comprises the steps of cleaning a semiconductor substrate in a cleaning liquid essentially consisted of a mixture of an ammonia water having a composition of 29 percent by weight, a hydrogen peroxide aqueous solution having a composition of 31 percent by weight and a deionized water. The cleaning liquid contains the ammonia water and the hydrogen peroxide aqueous solution with respective volume parts such that the volume part of the ammonia is set equal to or smaller than 30 parts with respect to the deionized water of 1000 parts, the volume part of the ammonia water is set equal to or smaller than the volume part of the hydrogen peroxide aqueous solution, and the volume part of the hydrogen peroxide aqueous solution is set equal to or smaller than 100 parts with respect to the deionized water of 1000 parts. The volume part of the hydrogen peroxide aqueous solution is further set equal to or smaller than a boundary composition Y2 represented asY.sub.2 =0.25 X.sub.3 -2.75 X.sub.2 +13.5 X-10,where X represents the volume part of the ammonia water in 1000 parts of the deionized water.
