    摘要: In this metal gasket, the stopper plate stacked on the bead base plates has its reduced thickness portionwhose thickness is smaller than the thickness of the stopper plate body-folded back to form a stopper portion. This structure provides the stopper portion with a limited stopper function with fewer parts. Between a pair of bead base plates that seal around the bore holes of the metal gasket is clamped an intermediate plate as the stopper plate. Around the bore holes in the intermediate plate are arranged folded portions, whose total thickness is larger than the thickness of the stopper plate body, to restrict the deformation of the beads. The folded portions are formed by folding back fold parts onto base parts that are thinner than the stopper plate body. This structure can limit the step height (stopper height) of the intermediate plate without using other parts such as metal plates or stopper pieces.

    摘要: A metal gasket is disclosed which is used arranged between a cylinder block and a cylinder head. The metal gasket comprises carrier plates having thereon beads, and a stopper plate overlaid on the carrier plates and provided with folded constructions, which are each composed of a folded flange area and its counterpart area confronting each other so as to provide a gap of a preselected interval between them. The gaps exert elasticity on the folded flange areas continuously whenever the gasket is squeezed and loaded due to engine operation whereby the folded constructions may compensate for intolerable clearance that might occur owing to the distortion in fatigue of the cylinder block with respect to the gasket, with resulting in improving sealing performance of the gasket.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a double-faced pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet, which comprises: a base material; a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer disposed on one surface of the base material, which is a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (A) including a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition containing an acrylic polymer (A1), and a silicone rubber fine particle (A2) in a proportion of from 3 to 50 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the acrylic polymer (A1), the layer (A) being used so as to adhere to the liquid crystal display module unit; and another pressure-sensitive adhesive layer disposed on the other surface of the base material, which is a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (B) including a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition containing an acrylic polymer (B1), and a low-molecular weight polymer component (B2), which contains, as a principal monomer component, an ethylenic unsaturated monomer having a glass transition temperature of from 60 to 190° C. when it is formed into a homopolymer and having a cyclic structure within the molecule thereof, and which has a weight-average molecular weight equal to or higher than 3,000 but lower than 20,000, in a proportion of from 5 to 35 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the acrylic polymer (B1), the layer (B) being used so as to adhere to the backlight, in which the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet is for use in fixing a liquid crystal display module unit and a backlight unit.

    摘要: A monolayer metal gasket is disclosed, which may be kept against deformation around a bolt hole and further made stable in sealing stress around a gas hole between mating surfaces of confronting components. A first extra thickness around the gas hole is provided by turning back a part of a metallic sheet on a major flat of the metallic sheet, with leaving a space open between them to form a folded construction having elasticity. A second extra thickness around a bolt hole is a closely layered construction of nearly rigid body little to be deformed. When the monolayer metal gasket is squeezed between the mating surfaces of the confronting components, a clearance between the mating surfaces may be regulated to a preselected distance by virtue of the second extra thickness that is little to be deformed.

    摘要: The adhesive composition of the present invention has a gel fraction of 20-50%, which comprises an acrylic polymer obtained by polymerizing a monomer mixture containing the following component (a) as a main component and the following component (b) in a proportion of 5-49 wt %: component (a): an alkyl (meth)acrylate wherein the alkyl group has 4 to 12 carbon atoms, component (b): a carboxyl group-containing monomer having a carboxyl group and an ethylenic unsaturated double bond, which affords, when polymerized, a homopolymer having a glass transition temperature of not more than 70° C. Since the adhesive composition of the present invention is superior in all of the adhesion, impact resistance and repulsion resistance, it can adhere even to a part having a coated film formed on a surface to be adhered.
