摘要: In an injection molding method, using a heating cylinder having on the front end thereof a discharge nozzle, a single axis screw is rotatable inside the heating cylinder, a fiber-supplying device fills reinforcing fiber into the heating cylinder, and injection molding is performed while supplying the reinforcing fiber and the resin starting material separately and supplying the reinforcing fiber on the front side of the resin starting material. The method includes a plasticization process for obtaining a specified amount of a kneaded product by retracting the screw while rotating in the normal direction to melt the resin starting material and knead reinforcing fiber into the melted resin starting material, and an injection process for discharging the kneaded product from the discharge nozzle by advancing the screw. Reinforcing fiber is supplied into the heating cylinder in the injection process.

摘要: The present invention prevents internal cracks occurring when an impeller molded using a fiber reinforced resin is manufactured by injection molding. This method for manufacturing an impeller is provided with: an injection step of filling a cavity with a molten resin containing reinforced fibers, from a gate side into which the molten resin flows, toward an opposite-gate side opposite to the gate side; and a dwell step of applying required pressure to the filled molten resin. In the injection step and the dwell step, directional cooling is performed with a temperature gradient such that the temperature becomes lower from the gate side toward the opposite-gate side. According to this method for manufacturing the impeller, the opposite-gate side shrinks with a decrease in the temperature of the molten resin since the temperature of the opposite-gate side is lower. Meanwhile, because the temperature on the gate side is increased, the molten resin can be replenished from the gate side so as to correspond to the amount of shrinkage on the opposite-gate side, and therefore the occurrence of internal tensile residual stress and cracks due to the shrinkage can be prevented.

摘要: A motor includes a rotation shaft, a magnet unit fixed to the rotation shaft to rotates with the rotation shaft, and a coil unit arranged to face the magnet unit in an axial direction. The holding ring includes a composite material in which a carbon fiber is impregnated with resin. The carbon fiber includes a pitch-based carbon fiber and a PAN-based carbon fiber. A volume ratio of the pitch-based carbon fiber is larger than that of the PAN-based carbon fiber in a portion at an outer peripheral side; a volume ratio of the PAN-based carbon fiber is larger than that of the pitch-based carbon fiber in a portion at an inner peripheral side.

摘要: A compressor includes: an impeller including a hub and a plurality of blades disposed on an outer surface of the hub; and a housing which houses the impeller. The housing includes: a shroud section facing the outer surface of the hub to form a fluid flow path between the shroud section and the outer surface, and surrounding the impeller; and a casing section formed integrally with the shroud section and supporting the shroud section. The shroud section includes a first resin-based material having a static tensile strength of at least 65 MPa and no more than 200 MPa and a breaking strain of no more than 0.3 mm/mm at a temperature of 100° C. The casing section includes a second resin-based material having a static tensile strength of at least 40 MPa and a breaking strain of at least 0.1 mm/mm at a temperature of 100° C.

The first cover part is formed from an elastic polymer fiber-reinforced resin containing a second resin and elastic polymer fibers, and has more resistance to impact than the base material part.

A median value in a predetermined range of thicknesses of each composite layer in the surface layer area is smaller than a median value in a predetermined range of thicknesses of each composite layer in the deep layer area.

摘要: A composite blade is formed by laying up composite material layers in which reinforcement fibers are impregnated with resin in a thickness direction of the blade. The composite blade includes a blade root on a base end side, an airfoil on a tip side, a first lay-up in which some composite material layers are laid up in the blade root so as to space parts of the composite material layers to form spacing parts and to extend from the distal toward the base end side in the thickness direction, and second lay-ups in which some composite material layers are laid up in the spacing parts so as to be lined up in the thickness direction. Among the second lay-ups, a second lay-up closer to a center side than to an outer side in the thickness direction is a larger distance from a proximal position to a top position.
