    摘要: A ceiling-supported suspension mechanism for a piece of equipment, in particular for operating lights, has a pivot arm, as extension, which is arranged on the rotary bearing of a ceiling mount such that it can be rotated about a vertical axis. The pivot arm has two sub-arms which are connected to one another by an intermediate articulation which can be rotated about a vertical axis. The two sub-arms of the pivot arm are arranged at the same height such that they can be pivoted in a horizontal plane. The intermediate articulation can be pivoted merely in a limited angle range of up to 110°, as a result of internal stops. The sub-arm which is remote from the rotary articulation is provided, at its outer end, with an articulation which can likewise be rotated about a vertical axis and on which there is fastened a carrying arm for the suspension mechanism. It is possible for the carrying arm to be pivoted through 360°.

    摘要: A luminaire body for a surgical operation light with an annular reflector has at least two electric light bulbs, a first bulb of which with its socket is associated in normal operation with a given centered position (with respect to the reflector) in the stationary part of the luminaire body, while a second bulb with its socket is situated in a reserve position away from the centered position; in case of a failure of the first bulb the positions of the sockets of both bulbs are changed by an electromagnetically operated turning service such that the second bulb can be turned to the original centered position of the first bulb for reserve-bulb operation after the first bulb has been withdrawn from the centered position. The first bulb is configured as a double-end gas discharge bulb with terminal contacts situated axially opposite one another, which is held and contacted together with the second bulb in the form of an incandescent bulb which, together with the second socket disposed at a distance, is configured as part of the turning system rotatable about an axis for holding and contacting the other end of the gas discharge bulb. In the event of failure of the first bulb the desired change in the positions of the bulbs is brought about by a releasing action and with the aid of a biased torsion spring.

    摘要: For the video recording of a field illuminated by a lamp, especially a surgical lamp, where at least one light beam for illuminating the field emerges from a light exit area of a lamp housing in the direction of a predetermined housing axis, the optical axis of a video camera mounted with freedom to swivel a certain distance away from the exit point of the light beam is shifted automatically by a positioning element until the axis at least approximately intersects the light beam in the area of the illuminated field. The positioning element is driven by signals from a control unit. The video camera is preferably shifted in a stepwise manner. The distance to the illuminated field is determined by the fine focusing of the camera by the autofocus function, and then signals are transmitted from the control unit to the positioning element of the camera to compensate for the parallax between the optical axis of the camera and the light beam or beams emerging from the lamp.

    摘要: An operating-room lighting device with an inner lighting unit that includes at least one discharge lamp and an inner reflector in a housing. The lighting unit is at least partially enclosed by an outer annular housing with an annularly or polygonally designed reflector for convergent deviation of light emitted by the lighting unit into an illumination field. The outer reflector includes, on its side facing the inner lighting unit, a closed transparent surface whose back adjoins a reflective layer. The reflective layer is applied to the back of the transparent surface. The inner lighting unit and the outer reflector are held together by a connecting member, which is articulated to a curved intermediate piece for attachment to a stationary support. It is therefore possible to provide an operating-room lighting device having a high illumination intensity, which supplies the illumination field, on the one hand, with light from a large diameter and, on the other hand, from a small diameter, so as to offer both good lighting of narrow wounds and good illumination behind possible obstacles. The lighting unit is furthermore compactly designed and suitable for laminar flow in order to avoid contamination in the environment of the operation-room field.

    摘要: A rotation joint has two joint elements arranged for rotation with respect to each other about an axle, a cam ring arranged coaxial to the axle in a housing and having a curved track with a spatial curvature, a spring guide element arranged on the axle with springs disposed coaxial to the axle around the spring guide element, and bolts mounted radial to the axle and having bearings whose outer circumference lies in force-transmitting relation on the curved track. In order to make a rotation joint with weight compensation which guarantees sure functioning, and at the same time can be produced economically by a simple construction and a compact structure, the housing is essentially formed by the two joint elements. The spring guide element is rigidly connected with a first joint element, and the cam ring is arranged on the spring guide element and capable of axial motion, but the second joint element is locked against a movement in the direction of the axle, and the bolts are fixed in the second joint element.
