Abstract: A method including obtaining, via a first push notification received by a mobile station, a first usage amount of a mobile communication network resource allocation associated with the mobile station; storing, in the mobile station, the first usage amount; determining that the stored first usage amount is out of date; in response to the determination that the stored first usage amount is out of date, transmitting a request for a usage amount of the mobile communication network resource allocation; receiving a response to the request, the response indicating a second usage amount of the mobile communication network resource allocation; and displaying, on a display unit included in the mobile station, a graphical indication of an amount of the mobile communication network resource allocation that has been used or remains to be used, based on the second usage amount.

Abstract: A system is disclosed for chatbot conversation construction, and includes user interface, coupled to a conversation construction and management platform, configured to provide entry of intents, associated responses and search terms, and to construct and store conversation controllers, each based at least in part on one or more of the intents, and build conversation flows, each based at least in part on one or more of the conversation controllers. An artificial intelligence (AI) connector platform couples to the conversation construction and management platform, and is configured to receive natural language (NL) search data from a chatbot channel, format the NL search data into an input protocol of a selectable NL processing engine and receive a response from the NLP engine and, based at least in part on one or more of the conversation flows, convert the NLP engine response to a personalized response, and send the personalized response to the chatbot channel.

Abstract: In some implementations, a system may receive, from a user device, a support request to setup a support session via a first communication modality. The system may determine an intent associated with the support session. The system may provide, to the user device, information to enable a second communication modality for the support session based on the intent associated with the support session. The system may receive, from the user device, an indication of one or more user interactions during the support session via at least one of the first communication modality or the second communication modality. The system may determine an intent associated with the one or more user interactions.
