A method includes receiving first information identifying profile information associated with a customer, habit information associated with the customer's television viewing habits, or Internet usage information associated with the customer. The method also includes receiving preference information from the customer, wherein the preference information identifies advertisements or types of advertisements that the customer would like to view or would not like to view. The method further includes identifying advertisements based on the received first information and the received preference information, inserting, by a service provider, the identified advertisements in a television programming data stream and providing the identified advertisements to the customer.

A device receives provides content to a client device via a dual-panel user interface that includes a first panel and a second panel. The device receives, from the client device, information indicating a user interaction, and processes the information, with a first model, to determine a question based on the user interaction. The device utilizes natural language processing with the question to determine an intent of the question, and processes the intent of the question, with a second model, to map the intent of the question to a content answer to the question. The device adds additional user information, associated with a user of the client device, to the content answer to generate a personalized content response, and updates the first panel with the personalized content response to generate an updated first panel. The device provides the updated first panel, via the dual-panel user interface, to the client device.

A system is disclosed for chatbot conversation construction, and includes user interface, coupled to a conversation construction and management platform, configured to provide entry of intents, associated responses and search terms, and to construct and store conversation controllers, each based at least in part on one or more of the intents, and build conversation flows, each based at least in part on one or more of the conversation controllers. An artificial intelligence (AI) connector platform couples to the conversation construction and management platform, and is configured to receive natural language (NL) search data from a chatbot channel, format the NL search data into an input protocol of a selectable NL processing engine and receive a response from the NLP engine and, based at least in part on one or more of the conversation flows, convert the NLP engine response to a personalized response, and send the personalized response to the chatbot channel.

A web document hosting device may receive, from a client device, a request for a web document via a network. The document hosting device may identify content relating to the requested web document based on the request, wherein the content includes a plurality of resource files. Minification processing may be performed on at least some of the plurality of resource files to generate minified resource files. At least some of the plurality of resource files or minified resource files may be combined into a fewer number of resource files to generate combined resource files. Compression processing may be performed on at least some of the content, the minified resource files, or the combined resource files to generate compressed resource files. At least some of the compressed resource files, the minified resource files, or the combined resource files may be transmitted to the client device via the network.
