摘要： A heat exchanger includes a connector for connecting a header tank to an exterior pipe. The connector includes a first member configured to define a communication path through which a tank open portion of the header tank communicates with an interior of the exterior pipe, and a second member to which the first member is fixed. The first member and the second member are fixed to each other after being separately formed by pressing, and the second member has a fastening portion through which the connector is fastened to the exterior pipe. Furthermore, the first member includes a first connection portion that is fitted into the tank open portion at one open side of the communication path, and a second connection portion fitted to an open portion of the exterior pipe at other open side of the communication path.

摘要： Disclosed is a diacylglycerol acyltransferase 1, a recombinant Saccharomyces cerevisiae containing the diacylglycerol acyltransferase 1, and application thereof in production of triacylglycerol. The diacylglycerol acyltransferase 1 of the invention has a function of catalyzing synthesis of triacylglycerol. After the recombinant Saccharomyces cerevisiae containing the diacylglycerol acyltransferase 1 of the invention is subjected to induction culture for 48 h, the content of total fatty acid and triacylglycerol in the recombinant Saccharomyces cerevisiae containing the diacylglycerol acyltransferase 1 can be respectively increased by 1.94 folds and 12.09 folds as compared with those of Saccharomyces cerevisiae without the recombinant diacylglycerol acyltransferase 1. The instant invention provides a method for improving the ability of microorganisms to produce polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) by means of genetic engineering.

摘要： A drain floor, including a drain base, a drain body including a cavity, a drain cup, a supporting frame; and a reset member. The drain cup includes a cup body, a stem, and a base. The cup body includes a through hole, and two ends of the stem are connected to the cup body and the base, respectively. 摘要： Devices and methods related to high-contrast liquid crystal displays (LCDs) are provided. For example, such an electronic device may include an LCD with two liquid crystal alignment layers not symmetric to one another and upper and lower polarizing layers respectively above and below the alignment layers. Light transmittance through the plurality of pixels may increase monotonically with gray scale voltage. The display may operate using a gray scale level 0 voltage higher than a minimum gray scale level 0 voltage capability of the display. Additionally or alternatively, liquid crystal molecular alignment axes of the two alignment layers may be offset from one another by an angle other than a multiple of 180 degrees. Additionally or alternatively, a first polarizing axis of the upper polarizing layer or a second polarizing axis of the lower polarizing layer, or both, may be neither parallel nor perpendicular to one of the liquid crystal molecular alignment axes.

In certain embodiments, compositions and methods are disclosed for determining the zygosity of corn plants with respect to the fl2 allele. In particular embodiments, the assay may be used for fl2 germplasm identification, accelerating introgression and molecular breeding programs in corn and other plants.
