    摘要: A linear guide device has a guide rail extending in a guiding direction, a guide carriage guided on the guide rail by at least one roll body revolving mechanism in the guiding direction. The at least one roll body revolving mechanism includes a revolving passage and a plurality of roll bodies which revolve in the revolving passage. The revolving passage has a running passage which is limited by a roll body running path formed on the guide rail and by a load-receiving wall portion of the guide car a return passage, and two deviating passages which connect the running passage with the return passage and in which the roll bodies are substantially load free. The guide carriage has a base unit and at least one revolving component group, the revolving component group having at least one lower wall portion of a wall which limits the return passage and at least one lower wall portion of a wall which limits the deviating passages. The revolving component group also has a load-receiving wall portion of the running passage, and holding mechanism which hold roll bodies arranged in a region of the running passage also on the guide carriage.

    摘要: Pressing device for a casting pipe at the spout of a metallurgical container, wherein the pressing device is provided with spring-loaded pressing elements that can be pressed against guide surfaces of a casting pipe. The casting pipe includes a tubular part and an upper plate. The guide surfaces are arranged on the underside of the plate on both sides of the tubular part and are directed downward at an angle. They form a plate cross-section that is tapered downward. The pressing elements are each provided with a head that is convexly curved in the adjustment direction of the casting pipe and can be pressed against a guide surface of the casting pipe, which is curved in the longitudinal direction of the pressing element or in the adjustment direction. Compressive forces exerted by the pressing pins are optimally transmitted, more toward the casting pipe opening and therefore acting more evenly.

A sliding plate is sandwiched between two fixed plates and the three are received within the housing. Clamping elements are provided and are used in conjunction with the lid to secure the plates. A lock is provided to prevent movement of the lid in a direction parallel to movement of the sliding plate while allowing movement of the lid in a direction perpendicular to movement of the sliding plate. The lock is designed to assume a locked position whenever the sliding gate valve is mounted onto the vessel.

The refractory plate has a sliding surface which can be braced with a sliding surface of a refractory closure plate interacting therewith or with a sliding surface of a refractory head part. The refractory plate has at least one tapering section which forms an angle with the sliding surface on at least one side delimiting the sliding surface, each tapering section being associated with a section of the refractory plate that projects beyond the sheet metal jacket. The closing plate reduces the risk of damage to the front faces of the refractory parts reduced during bracing of the parts with each other and/or during a relative adjustment of the refractory parts that are braced with each other.
