摘要: A method and device for the material removal to a predetermined removal depth from a workpiece employs a laser beam consisting of one or more sub-beams, each of the latter having a defined beam axis. The axis of the laser beam or the individual axes of the sub-beams are guided along a removal line at a predetermined travelling speed and the laser beam has a predetermined spatial energy flow density that defines a Poynting vector S with a value I0f(x) and a direction s, the spatial energy flow density creating a removal face with an apex formed by the leading part of the removal face in the removal direction and the face, creating a removal edge. With this method the respective incident angles α of the removal face, formed by the normal vectors n at the removal face, and the directions of the Poynting vectors are set in such a way that they do not exceed a maximum value αmax in a predefined region around the apex of the removal face. If the maximum value is exceeded, this is detected in the change from a small gouge amplitude in an upper part of the removal edge to a large gouge amplitude in a lower part of the removal edge.

摘要: A method and a device to adjust the axle geometry of a vehicle (1), wherein measurement values are taken into account, which are automatically detected at the wheels that are arranged at a fully assembled chassis (14) of the vehicle (1). Advantageously, the chassis (14) is moved to an empty-weight position and at least one of the wheels is rotated. Preferably, an additional measurement value, which represents an inclination of the steering wheel (18) of the vehicle (1) is detected and taken into account. Advantageously, the adjusting device for adjusting the axle geometry is integrated into an assembly line after assembly devices that serve to at least assemble the chassis (14) and the wheels of the vehicle (1).
