Abstract: A liquid crystal display panel is disclosed. The liquid crystal display includes an array substrate comprising a thin film transistor device layer and a first film layer formed on the thin film transistor device layer; a color film substrate arranged corresponding to the array substrate; a liquid crystal layer formed between the array and color film substrates; a frame glue for binding the array and color film substrates; and a support structure formed between the array and color film substrate. The support structure comprises a support pillar formed on the color film substrate and a pad formed on the first film layer. The liquid crystal display panel comprises a display region and a non-display region surrounding the display region; and the support pillar and the pad are located within the non-display region of the liquid crystal display panel, and the support pillar is in contact with the pad.

Abstract: The invention discloses a liquid crystal display device, a thin film transistor array substrate and a method of fabricating the same. The thin film transistor array substrate includes: a substrate including a plurality of photo-sensitive spacer areas, a plurality of thin film transistors arranged on the substrate, each of which includes a source and a drain, and a first planarizing layer overlying the plurality of thin film transistors. Multiple planarizing layer openings are arranged in the first planarizing layer in areas corresponding to the drains of the thin film transistors; a pixel electrode layer is arranged on the first planarizing layer and in contact with the drains; and a second planarizing layer is arranged on the pixel electrode layer and fills the planarizing layer openings.

Abstract: The disclosure discloses a display panel, a method for driving the same, and a display device, where a control electrode is arranged on the side of an active layer of a thin film transistor away from a gate electrode, and the thickness of a buffer layer between the control electrode and the active layer is controlled so that the buffer layer is thicker than a gate insulation layer between the gate electrode and the active layer, to adjust the distance between the control electrode and the active layer to be larger than the distance between the gate electrode and the active layer; and at least when a gate off voltage is applied to the gate electrode so that the thin film transistor is switched off, a first control voltage is applied to the control electrode to vary a voltage Vg of the thin film transistor.

Abstract: An array substrate is disclosed. The array substrate includes a substrate, a first film layer on a side surface of the substrate, an insulation layer on the side surface of the substrate, an electrostatic charge dispersion layer on the side surface of the substrate, and a second film layer arranged on the side surface of the substrate. The first film layer, the insulation layer, the electrostatic charge dispersion layer, and the second film layer are sequentially arranged on the substrate. In addition, the insulation layer and the electrostatic charge dispersion layer include via holes, the second film layer is electrically connected with the first film layer through the via holes, and the electrostatic charge dispersion layer is in a same profile as the second film layer.
