摘要: An embodiment of an exhaust gas purification device 50 has a function of removing soot adhered to an NOx catalyst 75 arranged inside a cylindrical casing part 74 by injecting pressurized air. The device includes a plurality of air injection nozzles 82 arranged on a side wall of the casing part 74 on an upstream side of the NOx catalyst 75, which are each configured to generate an impulse wave by injecting pressurized air into the casing part 74, wherein the air injection nozzles 82 successively inject one by one an equal flow quantity of pressurized air, for a period t1, at predetermined time intervals.

摘要: An object of this invention is to provide an exhaust gas purification device with which a decrease in reduction (denitrification) efficiency can be reduced. An exhaust gas purification device of this invention for a ship 1 includes: a reducing agent injector 61 of a reducing agent supply device supplying a reducing agent to an exhaust gas passing through an exhaust pipe of an engine 21 to be mounted in the ship; an exhaust mixer 62 mixing the exhaust gas and the reducing agent in a location downstream of the reducing agent injector 61 in an exhaust gas traveling direction; and selective catalytic reduction devices 34, 35 facilitating reduction of NOx in the exhaust gas of the engine 21 in a location downstream of the exhaust mixer 62 in the exhaust gas traveling direction. Multiple reducing agent injectors 61 are provided, and respectively have injection ports arranged at equal intervals along a circumferential direction of the exhaust pipe.

A urea solution spray nozzle according to at least one present embodiment is such that urea solution flow paths and gas flow paths and are constituted, and urea solution and gas are mixed and injected from an injection port, and a slit, which is a lateral ejection port, is constituted in such a manner that the gas is ejected in the same direction as the injection direction of the urea solution along surfaces of the urea solution spray nozzle, and a water-repellent coating layer is formed on the surfaces of the urea solution spray nozzle.
