    摘要: In a one-chip microcomputer, an EPROM is formed together with a ROM and RAM on one semiconductor substrate. Data such as fixed data necessary in the microcomputer can be changed by the use of the EPROM. In case data are to be written in the EPROM, an EPROM writer is used. This EPROM writer outputs write data to the EPROM and checks (or verifies) the data written in the EPROM immediately thereafter. If any error is detected, the subsequent data write is interrupted. In order to inhibit the unnecessary operation interruption in case the address designated by the EPROM writer comes out of the range of the EPROM, the checking (or verifying) data signal to be fed from the one-chip microcomputer to the EPROM writer is forcibly set at a level which indicates satisfactory operation of the EPROM.

    摘要: A process for producing an aliphatic polyester includes the steps of: heating a cyclic ester at a melting point or higher to transform the cyclic ester into molten state and convert a moisture contained in the cyclic ester into free carboxylic acid; measuring an amount of the free carboxylic acid in the molten cyclic ester; feeding a proton-source compound in an amount determined based on the measured amount of the free carboxylic acid into the molten cyclic ester; and subjecting the cyclic ester to ring-opening polymerization. The process provides an aliphatic polyester with a desired molecular weight which can be set easily and accurately. An apparatus for the process is also provided.

    摘要: A block divider divides an input image into a plurality of regions. A prediction signal generator generates a prediction signal for the pixel signal contained in an object region, which is the object of processing, among the plurality of regions, and generates a prediction signal by using a texture synthesis method for forming a texture signal for the object region. A subtracter determines a residual signal between the pixel signal of the object region and the prediction signal, and a transformer and quantizer encode the residual signal to generate a compressed signal.
