    摘要: An air passage flow control device according to the invention includes a plate member having at least one aperture through which air may pass, the degree to which the aperture is exposed being controlled by the positioning of a film member across at least a portion of the aperture. The positioning of the film member relative to the aperture is controlled by rolling and unrolling a portion of the film member on a rotating member that may be selectively moved back and forth across the aperture. By rolling and unrolling the film member to control the opening of the aperture, the present invention avoids relative lateral movement of those portions of the film member that are in contact with the plate member, thereby reducing the frictional forces. Further, the rotating member is configured to reduce the collection of particulate matter on the rotating member and the film member.

    摘要: An air passage opening/closing device includes a film member for opening and closing an opening of an air passage of a case. One end of the film member is fixed to a fixing portion on an outer periphery of the opening of the air passage, and the other end thereof is connected to a film winding shaft. A moving member movable by rotation of a drive shaft is provided on the opening, and the film winding shaft is moved while being rotated by the movement of the moving member, so that the film member at the other end side is wound around and unwound from the film winding shaft. Accordingly, when the air passage is opened and closed by the film member, sliding friction can be prevented from being generated between the film member and the case.

A switching door is capable of switching between a partition position for partitioning the first downstream side passage and the second downstream side passage from each other, and a communication position for establishing communication between the first downstream side passage and the second downstream side passage. An air outlet mode switching device is capable of switching between a foot mode and a foot/defroster mode. In the foot mode, the air outlet mode switching device causes both the foot door and defroster door to be opened and causes the first switching door to be set at the partition position. Therefore, it is possible to prevent a problem due to an air outlet mode door with a small opening degree.

    摘要: In a vehicle air conditioner, a flow control member is disposed in an inlet tank of a heating heat exchanger for heating air to be blown into a passenger compartment using a fluid as a heating source. In the heating heat exchanger, a ratio between a first area where the fluid flows, and a second area where the fluid does not flow is changed by controlling an operation position of the flow control member. Thus, a flow ratio between hot air from the first area of the heating heat exchanger and cool air from the second area thereof can be adjusted, so that the temperature of air blown into the passenger compartment can be adjusted.
