One of the plurality of control units is set as an information management control unit (H1) having writable nonvolatile storing means. Upon activation with power supply thereof, the information management control unit (H1) executes a control management information distributing process for transmitting control management information stored in a memory (50) to storage object control units (H2-H6) via the communication network (TU). Upon activation with power supply thereto, each of the storage object control units (H2-H6) executes a control management information obtaining process for obtaining the control management information transmitted from the control management information control unit (HI).

    摘要： A recording head and apparatus with an element substrate having a reduced area are provided. A plurality of recording elements for generating energy to discharge liquid are divided into a plurality of blocks Grp1 to GrpM. A first input circuit inputs a series of data signals and outputs the data signals to the plurality of blocks. The first input circuit is divided in correspondence to the blocks. A second input circuit inputs encoded block signals and outputs the block signals to the block. A plurality of output circuits drive drive circuits in accordance with the data signals from the first input circuit and the block signals from the second input circuit. The plurality of drive circuits supply currents to the recording elements and drive them.

    摘要： An optical communications system which offers flexible and efficient cross-connect capabilities without using optical switch modules. With external commands, a variable wavelength setting unit varies output wavelength of each transmission unit. It also provides an output wavelength description indicating which wavelengths can be produced. An optical signal transmitter transmits an outgoing optical signal with the controlled wavelength, while an optical signal receiver receives an incoming optical signal with a single particular wavelength which have been produced through WDM processes. In a WDM unit, a WDM controller controls optical multiplexers and demultiplexers, and the resultant signals go out through optical output ports which are each associated with particular output wavelengths. In a monitoring station, an administration controller manages administrative data concerning connections and operations of transmission units, and based on that data, an optical cross-connect controller set up connections via the WDM unit, sending commands to the variable wavelength setting unit.

    摘要： A chroma keying generator apparatus is disclosed having a monitor camera transmitting color signals to multipliers for separating a luminance signal from an image signal and amplifying same by selected gain levels, comparison circuits for comparing two color signals with pre-selected reference levels therefor having upper and lower limits and producing outputs denoting that the ratio of the color signal to the luminance signal for a given color falls within a pre-selected reference range, and a gate circuit which evaluates the outputs from the comparison circuits to produce pulses representing a logical "1" when the output is within the reference range and a logical "0" when the output is not within the reference range.
