    摘要: The present invention provides a cell-culturing model and a method for screening compounds which can be applied in treating or preventing hepatic cirrhosis. The cell culturing model comprises a population of hepatocytes and hepatic stellate cells (HSCs) derived from co-culturing, and at least one population of the cells comprises a nucleotide sequence fragment of a reporter gene and a cell specific regulatory sequence. The cell-culturing model of the present invention can be applied in high throughput screening for effective compounds of medication, and also in understanding the functional mechanism of the effective compounds.

    摘要: A cell incubating apparatus and a method of culturing a cell in vitro are disclosed, which relates to a medical cell proliferation, pharmaceutical screening and automatic cell analysis in tissue engineering technology. The apparatus establishes an imitating three-dimensional transportation microenvironment by assembling a top plate, a bottom plate and at least one culture plate apparatus for incubating a cell. The apparatus is not only for incubating the tissue specific cell with biological function but also for lowering the cost of culturing personal medical cells.
