    摘要: A device for recognizing and matching fabric pattern-forms for cutting is constituted by a marking CAD, a pattern-match control computer, a pattern recognition device body, a camera, a monitor and console, a mouse, a camera positioning robot, a cutter, a camera and video signal changeover mechanism, an iris controller, a pattern-match and cutting table, and so on. In the marking CAD, information concerning cutting point sequence data and pattern-matching points is generated and transferred to the control computer. The pattern-matching control computer moves the camera above each of the pattern-matching points to fetch an image to thereby measure the pattern position. The cutting point sequence data are revised on the basis of the result of the measurement. When poor recognition or erroneous-recognition occurs in the pattern recognition based on the image, the pattern position is determined manually through the monitor and console and the mouse.

    摘要: The disclosed are amorphous carbon particles extracted from combustion ash of petroleum coke, each of which provides a non-circular section, and which have a weight depreciation rate after 60 minutes' standing at a maintaining temperature of 500° C. in the presence of air being in the range of less than 30%, and also have a mean average particle size of 50-1 μm; and composite material in which the amorphous carbon particles are blended in a matrix of organic material or inorganic material. Thus, it becomes feasible to obtain economically amorphous carbon particles which excel in rigidity, strength and have particularly small specific surface area and pore volume, and to provide a composite material of which characteristics are improved by blending the amorphous carbon.

According to the present invention, therefore, the situation over a side wall and the situation of the liquid surface in the image, as taken from an ITV camera, of the neighborhood of the liquid surface are image-analyzed to estimate the boundary position between the side wall and the liquid surface thereby to determine the position of the liquid surface on the image, and the liquid-surface position on the image is transformed from an image coordinate system to a real spatial coordinate system to determine a real position of the liquid surface.

    摘要: A pattern recognition method for a cloth having a striped or checked pattern form comprising the steps of: inputting the pattern image for displaying the same on a display screen for teaching; generating X and Y axis concentration accumulated projection histograms from the input screen image over one pitch of the pattern for the teaching; performing a shading correction on the generated projection histograms; selecting a characteristic quantity and an evaluation function of the corrected projection histogram for the pattern based on the input screen image and the corrected projection histograms; further generating X and Y axis concentration accumulated projection histograms from the input screen image over one pitch of the pattern form for the actual pattern recognition; further generating an evaluation function diagram of the corrected projection histograms based on the selected characteristic quantity and the evaluation function; and determining a key pattern position on the input screen image of the pattern based on the generated evaluation function diagrams.
