    摘要: A method for continuously preparing a metal oxides catalyst comprises the following steps: dissolving metal materials using nitric acid solution to produce a metal nitrate solution, and also to produce NOx and water vapor; hydrolyzing the metal nitrate solution by introducing pressurized superheated water vapor into the metal nitrate solution to obtain a slurry of the hydrates of metal oxides as well as acidic gas, the main components of the acidic gas are NO2, NO, O2 and water vapor; filtrating and drying the slurry to obtain the hydrates of metal oxides and/or metal oxides; and then utilizing the obtained hydrates of metal oxides and/or metal oxides as raw materials and preparing the metal oxides catalyst by the conventional method for preparing a catalyst. The NOx gas produced can be absorbed to produce nitric acid which can be reused. An apparatus used for preparing metal oxides comprises a metal salt solution preparation system, a metal salt solution hydrolysis system, a product preparation system and a nitric acid preparation and recycling use system. The method and the apparatus can achieve continuous production, enclosed circulation and zero release in the whole process and can reduce the cost of production.

    摘要: A micro-spherical iron-based catalyst and a preparation method thereof are disclosed. The catalyst contains a potassium promoter, and at least one transitional metal promoter M which is one or more kinds of metals selected from Cr, Cu, Mn and Zn. It also contains a structure promoter S, which is SiO2 and/or Al2O3, wherein both of SiO2 and Al2O3 are modified by MoO3, TiO2 and/or ZrO2. The weight ratio of components is Fe:M:K:S=100:3-50:1-8:3-50, in which the metal components are calculated based on metal elements, the structure promoter is calculated based on oxides. The catalyst is prepared by co-precipitation method.

    摘要: This invention relates to a Fe-based catalyst for Fischer-Tropsch synthesis, preparation method and application thereof. The catalyst contains Fe, oxide(s) of IB group metal Cu and/or Ag as a reducing promoter, IA group metal Li, Na, K or Rb as an electron promoter, VIII group noble metal Ru, Rh, Pd or Pt as a hydrogenation promoter and SiO2 as a structure promoter. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a solution of Fe salt; co-precipitating the solution rapidly with an alkaline compound, then washing and pulping again; and adding a solution of IB group metal salt as a reducing promoter, a IA group metal salt solution and silica sol, or adding a solution of IB group metal salt as a reducing promoter and a silicate of IA group metal; then molding by spray-drying, impregnating in a solution of VIII group noble metal salt, and drying and roasting to obtain the catalyst. The catalyst is suitable for producing hydrocarbons by a low temperature Fischer-Tropsch synthesis process. The process has a high yield of heavy hydrocarbons and a low selectivity to methane and significantly reduces the selectivity to olefins.
