    摘要: A start-up method of a bubble column slurry bed reactor for producing hydrocarbons includes: a first step that fills into a reactor a slurry in which a Fischer-Tropsch synthesis reaction catalyst particles are suspended in a slurry preparation oil with a 5% distillation point of 120 to 270° C., a 95% distillation point of 330 to 650° C., and a sulfur component and an aromatic component of 1 mass ppm or less, and a second step that, in a state where synthesis gas that is primarily hydrogen and carbon monoxide is introduced into the slurry filled into the reactor, raises the temperature of the reactor and starts the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis reaction. Generally, the process can include providing a hydrocarbon feed to a hydrotreating zone within which the hydrotreating temperature is catalytically limited, passing an effluent from the hydrotreating zone to a hydrocracking zone, and adding a gas to the effluent that has a higher temperature than the effluent. Thus, the temperature of the effluent may be raised, facilitating hydrocracking reactions within the hydrocracking zone.

    摘要: The startup of a fluidized bed process unit uses an air heater to raise the temperature of the unit to the level necessary for operation of the unit to be self-sustaining in its normal operating regime without the use of torch oil. This startup sequence is particularly useful for fluidized bed units which utilize a circulating catalyst with particular emphasis on endothermic conversion units such as FCC and Resid Catalytic Cracking (RCC), but also on other catalytic units with circulating catalyst inventories such as various exothermic conversion, e.g. methanol conversion, processes. Elimination of the torch oil injection enables catalyst selectivity/activity to be retained during startup and at any other time that the heat requirement of the unit cannot be met by the internal functioning of the process, e.g. by coke generation during the reaction and combustion during regeneration of the catalysts or during the reaction itself.

    摘要: A process for filtering a liquid stream from a fixed bed reaction zone in order to remove catalyst fines contained in the stream. The effluent stream is passed to a filtering section which may contain at least two filtering vessels. Each filtering vessel includes at least two differently filtering sections, each section designed to collect differently sized particles. If a pressure drop occurs in one of the filtering vessels, it may be taken offline to remove the filtering sections and recover the metal in the particles collected on the filtering sections. The other filtering vessel can remain online to allow the filtering process to be continuous. Metal on the catalyst fines may be recovered.
