摘要: A three-way catalyst article, and its use in an exhaust system for compressed natural gas engines, is disclosed. The catalyst article for treating exhaust gas from compressed natural gas (CNG) engine comprising: a substrate comprising an inlet end, an outlet end with an axial length L; a first catalytic region beginning at the outlet end and extending for less than the axial length L, wherein the first catalytic region comprises a first zeolite; and a second catalytic region beginning at the inlet end, wherein the second catalytic region comprises a second platinum group metal (PGM) component, a second oxygen storage capacity (OSC) material, and a second inorganic oxide; wherein the second PGM component is selected from the group consisting of palladium, platinum, rhodium or a combination thereof.

摘要: Disclosed is a dissimilar metal-supported catalyst for the production of aromatics by methane dehydroaromatization. In the dissimilar metal-supported catalyst, a noble metal such as gold (Au), silver (Ag), platinum (Pt), and/or rhodium (Rh) is introduced into a catalyst supported with iron (Fe) on a zeolite support to promote the dehydrogenation of methane and the formation of iron carbide (Fe3C) as an active species for dehydroaromatization, achieving a greatly improved yield of aromatics. Also disclosed is a method for producing aromatics using the dissimilar metal-supported catalyst.

摘要: The present application relates to a catalyst carrier for use in the synthesis of dialkyl oxalates by gas-phase catalytic coupling of carbon monoxide comprising microscopic fine pores and one or more macroscopic large pores running through the catalyst carrier, wherein the ratio of the average pore diameter of each macroscopic large pore to the average diameter of the catalyst carrier is 0.2 or more. The present application also relates to a catalyst, comprising the catalyst carrier, an active component and an optional auxiliary, supported on the catalyst carrier. The catalyst according to the present invention not only catalyze effectively coupling of carbon monoxide in a gas phase to form dialkyl oxalate, but also improves heat dissipation, reduces pressure drop, reduces the amount applied of precious metal such as palladium, thereby reducing the use cost of the catalyst and production cost of dialkyl oxalate and then facilitating industrial mass production of dialkyl oxalate.

摘要: The present invention relates to novel catalysts for oxidative esterification, by means of which, for example, (meth)acrolein can be converted to methyl (meth)acrylate. The catalysts of the invention are especially notable for high mechanical and chemical stability even over very long periods. This especially relates to an improvement in the catalyst service life, activity and selectivity over prior art catalysts which lose activity and/or selectivity relatively quickly in continuous operation in media having even a small water content.

摘要: In one embodiment, the present application discloses a catalyst composition comprising: a) a reaction solvent or a reaction medium; b) organometallic nanoparticles comprising: i) a nanoparticle (NP) catalyst, prepared by a reduction of an iron salt in an organic solvent, wherein the catalyst comprises at least one other metal selected from the group consisting of Pd, Pt, Au, Ni, Co, Cu, Mn, Rh, Ir, Ru and Os or mixtures thereof; c) a ligand; and d) a surfactant; wherein the metal or mixtures thereof is present in less than or equal to 50,000 ppm relative to the iron salt.

摘要: A process for vapor-phase carbonylation of methanol to methyl formate, whereby a feed gas containing methanol, carbon monoxide, hydrogen and oxygen is passed through a reactor loaded with a supported nano-scaled platinum group metal heterogeneous catalyst to produce methyl formate by a vapor-phase carbonylation reaction, under reaction conditions with a space velocity of 500-5000 h−1, a temperature of 50-150° C. and a pressure of 0.01-2 MPa. Supported nano-scaled platinum group metal heterogeneous catalysts are prepared via ultrasonic dispersion and calcination. Methyl formate is produced and isolated under relatively mild conditions.
